Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Facilities The shuttle service was poor. Essentially its only to the airport. Even then it was not available at 11.30 pm at night and I had to take a taxi. Also in the morning they said they would take me to my destination each day but then the driver said it was out of his way after I got into the shuttle. As a result I was 1 hour late on Day 1 getting to my destination. I therefore ordered taxis each day to my destination each morning and then get back to the hotel each evening. March 1, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Quality Customer Service But Guest Room Disappointment Positive: The staff provided quality customer service. They gave me a friendly greeting when I arrived and checked out. Negative: The room was unclean. The tables were dusty, the carpet needed to be vacuumed and the sitting chair was visibly dirty. There was mildew around the bathroom faucet. February 26, 2015
