Overall the stay was fair. I was very upset when I inquired about staying another night. When checking my balance to pay for the extra day I noticed my card was double charged. I spoke with Kevin and he was incompetent. Tara soon tired to assist but Had a nice nasty attitude about the entire situation. Neither one of them was helpful or compassionate that this inconvenience me and my birthday plans. I was told by Tara you can speak with Broderick in the morning with an attitude. I was so angry. Although Broderick was helpful and got the bank to release my funds,I was unable to enjoy my birthday as I wished. I was unable to return home for the holidays as I planned for. I will not recommend this hotel, the service is rude, incompetent and lack compassion towards their guest.

We were staying overnight between plane flights, and this worked fine, but there were several good things about it and several things that could have been improved. First, the good things. It was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff was very friendly at check-in and check-out. Directions were very explicit for where the airport shuttle would pick us up and how the van would be labeled, and this was much better than the directions another hotel chain had provided on another occasion when we had stayed overnight, also out of the Atlanta airport. The shuttle driver was excellent. He carried our luggage all the way into the hotel lobby (and even offered to help us take it to our room). The breakfast room felt spacious and inviting, not at all cramped, and there was a lovely outdoor deck. The coffee was excellent. We like being able to reserve a time for the airport shuttle going back to the airport, which a competing hotel chain does not offer, just assuring that there will be enough room. We had a very nice sitting area with a sofa bed as well as our bed, so we imagine we were treated to a very nice upgrade.
Now for things that could have been improved. Most importantly, we didn't get the wakeup call that we were promised. The shuttle van is a bit shabby and in need of an upgrade. The bed and sink in our room were quite high. We would appreciate hard boiled eggs and/or scrambled eggs in place of a sort of omelet made of fake eggs and fake cheese. It didn't appear that we could control the heat/air conditioning in our room (425), but we're not entirely sure about that. We should have called the front desk to ask about that; perhaps we didn't fully explore the touch controls on the thermostat.

I Had A Great Time At The Holiday Inn Express On Camp Creek Parkway ! The Staff Was Great Answered All Of My Questions ! The Breakfast Was Great Each Morning ! The Cleaning Staff Did A Great Job ! Our Beds Were Made With Clean Linen Each Day ! Just An Overall Great Experience ! Thank You And Keep Up The Great Work !
