I was disappointed in that I did not receive the priority club rewards points on this stay. I inquired at the hotel and the clerk said that she would look it up (I did not have my card) and give me the points. This did not happen, so I called customer service and was told that I could not earn points because I received a "group rate" for the room (it was a family reunion). Why should this matter? We could have had the reunion at another hotel. There were two reunions at the hotel during this time, and the Holiday Inn Express was most likely fully occupied during these three days. I have been a priority cub member since 2006, and I don't think that a "room rate" should have any bearing on earning points for staying at the hotel.

The room was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Despite one hick-up, the overall experience was great. I would definitely stay here again. It was a great location and close to a lot of shops and restaurants, as well as freeway access.

Out of town for business, first time at Holiday Inn Express, Great Hotel, friendly staff, modern hotel, convienently located, especially if your involved with the airport, nice amentities. Was my home away from home. Breakfast could be better, but fruit, yogurts, and cereals were great. Easy checking in and out.
