Terrible hotel-the room was dirty, the couch stained, this was a very low class hotel

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by LJ24 great business hotel
This hotel's staff is very attentive and helpful. The rooms are a bit small but pretty, comfortable and clean. My only disappointment was with the breakfast offerings. As a person who eats very "healthy" there was a lack of whole grains and lower calorie items appropriate for diabetics or those watching their weight. Overall a good stay.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by GalindaNC The staff and room made the stay enjoyable
We were in the Hotel for 3 days/3 nights, during that time the Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The Hotel is in good shape, room service and room security were good, no worries about leaving computers, etc in the room while out.
The only negative that we encountered during the stay, and this is a personal observation, is the size of the elevators, they are extremely small. This isn't a problem unless you encounter rude impatient guests that insist on squeezing into the car instead of waiting for the next one!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Tracey555 Comfortable stay, terrific staff!
This hotel met all of our needs and surpassed our expectations. Fantastic night's sleep due to a great mattress. Attentive, fun and engaging staff. The breakfast offered more choices than I expected. The room/suite was clean and comfortable.
The location is outstanding, walking distance to: the Marta station , Olympic Park, CNN, World of Coca-Cola, The Aquarium, the National Centre for Human and Civil Rights and the Philips Arena.

We stayed at this property for two nights in early October. The hotel was quite crowded, but the staff were excellent in greeting us every time we returned to the Hotel.
The only parking is by valet, but for the unlimited in and outs, the $25.00 per day is quite reasonable for the downtown location. If you ever need to attend an event at the Georgia Dome, this hotel is very convenience and within a short walk.
Next time we are in Atlanta for business or pleasure, we will stay at this hotel.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by FLchica Only Pro is Good Location!
We stayed at this Hotel for 2 days and the only pro was the central location and ease of getting around downtown without the burden of finding parking. The room was just average to say the least and the cleanliness was horrible. You could see lots of dirt on the edge of the bathroom floor and just dust that has been accumulating for quite some time. The breakfast was buffet was one of the worst I have seen and 45 minutes before breakfast time ended they were out of almost everything. There were numerous guests who kept asking the lady that was attending the breakfast for replenishment of items and she seemed to have a hard understanding them and of course nothing got replenished. On the second day I did not even bother going to breakfast and opted by eating at a Waffle House a few blocks down from the Hotel. I would not stay again, especially with the numerous choices you have downtown and a way nicer Holiday Inn just 2 or 3 blocks down the street from this one.
