Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by WABLMike Good Location though.....
This hotel was not like any of the other Holiday In Express hotels that I have stayed in in the past.
For the cost, there are other hotels that would be a much better value.
It is in a good location though.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Jean94 Room had no window
I was given a room that was at the end of a hallway with no window to the outside. I asked for a different room with a window but was told they were sold out and didn't have one I could move to. It was like staying in a basement with no outside light. There should be a warning when you reserve a room at this hotel so people know you could end up in a room with no window. The room also smelled like very powerful cleaner or bleach. I would not stay here again.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Denald Disappointed - should have stayed at the one less than a mile away.
I usually don't write negative reviews but this one is a must. We stayed two nights and checked in on Friday. Shawonda (?) was very pleasant and had a smile on her face. She was also there when we checked out with the same nice smile.
One word of advice to the owners and managers - when a customer, the guest who pays your bills, comes to the front desk you give them your full attention. You do not continue to look at your monitor and answer their question without ever making eye contact.
You look at them and ask "How may I assist you today?" And when you answer that question you ask "Is there anything else I may do for you?" The first time it happened I overlooked it, the third time I was mad.
In the service industry you live and die by the service you provide. The customer in turn decides if the service you provide is worth the fee you charge. I have stayed at numerous IHG hotels but I will never be back to this location.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Tina848689 NCAA Final & TV Went Out
Pros: Staff was great, great restaurant & convenience shops in walking distance.
Cons: Parking was awful & expensive. Had to opt for $25/night Valet since I am a lone female traveler, for my safety, I stay away from dark lots and parking garages which seemed to be the only options. Second, there was light rain which caused the satellite service to go out 3 minutes before Tipoff of the NCAA Final. I was SORLEY DISAPPOINTED. I've never had that happen before. The bathroom was the smallest I've ever encountered. The handicapped stalls in airports were bigger than this. I'm 5'1 and I could literally sit on the toilet and touch 3/4 walls. Elevator was equally as tiny, invasive, and awkward if another full sized adult gets on at the same time.

Great to find an affordable downtown hotel near the convention center. Great breakfast.

Hotel room was very small for the price, although it was in a close vicinity to everything downtown Atlanta. There was no pool at this hotel and the free breakfast was horrible.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by LRR123 Too small and hot and this was spring
Bed too hard, room insanely tiny and uncomfortable. A/C inadequate and it was only in the low 70's outside.
