Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by polanka221 Cramped room, great service
I booked on our meeting site at the last minute. Considering that, I was pleased with the accommodations. The room was well appointed, but cramped. The space between the foot of the bed and the dresser was no more than 24 inches, at most. Also, the table and chairs could not be used by two people at the same time unless they were child-sized.The bed was comfortable and I like that the soft and firm pillows were labeled. The TV was a good size and the channel line-up was more extensive than the listing showed. The bath was good-sized, but the tissue was a bit of a reach. The noise from the hallway and other rooms was noticeable, but not overly loud. The location was convenient for Olympic park and the restaurants of Peachtree Street, but the walk over was past the back side of several buildings. I didn't feel particularly safe walking there at night by myself (middle-aged woman) although I had no problems. Overall, I am able to recommend this hotel, but be aware of room sizes.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Rikkn Expectations....
Well, I guess I have them. Staff was friendly but indifferent, and I felt like I was being sized up from top to bottom by the front desk clerk every time I approached the desk. Phone in room was not working, called to have it fixed so I could get wake up calls, they said they would send someone up. They never did, when I asked why, was told there was a " do not disturb " sign on my door, which there never was.... Room was nice and large, had reserved a king, got 2 queens. Very noisy motor ran constantly. Window was frosted over, no view at all.... Breakfast and internet was good, TV confusing if you never used their system. Minimal help from staff.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by anto87 Great location and nice set up
It is a really nice hotel and a great location to everything. Walking distance to all sites. Breakfast is ok, nothing special. You can tell everything is frozen and just heated up and the eggs were probably powdered but it wasn't bad. The bagels (FYI I am a New Yorker) were nothing special. Those could be much better.
The suite was set up weird but it was nice. For a Holiday Inn Express, it is pretty good. I would come back here.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by OneTimeStay35 Average stay with poor wifi
overall average stay everything considered. The worst part was the lack of wifi accessibility. Could only connect twice for 30-45 min each over a 4 day stay. Staff's response was that no one else was having issues. I did not have any issues connecting at other local hotels (where colleagues stayed) or at the conference I was attending.
