Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Location Location was great for a walk to the dome. Besure to validate your parking ticket at the desk upon check in. Staff was VERY nice and help full. Directv in the room had the NFL ticket with it which was nice. The down falls, bath room was small for the king/exec room, no hot tub which was requested on reservation. (We were told there would be one). Internet was PAINFULLY slow, bet was able to tether from my cellphone for faster internet than was provided. November 24, 2012

LOUD! could hear conversations 4 rooms away; most uncomfortable bed I've ever been in.TV in exercise room didn't work, no fan and only 4 pieces of equipment. 4 nights without sleep- I needed a vacation to recover-rooms are teeny tiny-we had trouble getting around our 2 carry on bags November 22, 2012

This hotel provides regular rooms near $200, however I wish I stayed at another large hotel chain in the surrounding area my one night stay would have been much better. First the garage for parking is across the street for parking not associated with the hotel. At night you have bums sleeping around the garage, I question the security for both me and my wife. To find the garage you have to ask someone at the desk to know were to park. The hotel corridors could be cleaner and the elevator is extremely small. Staying on the 9th floor when cutting on the TV it kept losing signal, could not watch any programs. When front desk was notified they send a maintenance man after 10 minutes he indicated TVs in rooms over 7th floor did not work right. Desk indicated that they could not change rooms due to the hotel was full. With the high cost of room this was unacceptable to go without TV service. Only saving grace was a good breakfast layout in the morning. I will never stay at the Holiday Inn Downtown Atlanta again! November 2, 2012

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice room, nice amenities. We spent three October nights in a single queen suite. The bed was very comfortable, the hotel was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Our only two complaints are 1.) that the A/C behaved strangely--we set the temperature on the lowest setting and the fan on the highest setting and had it quite cool each night when we went to bed, but each night we woke when it got quite warm in the room. And the temperature outside was no more than 55 degrees. And 2.) The sitting room only had a single overstuffed chair and a desk chair. It would have been nice to have a small couch or love seat to sit together while watching TV. Had we wanted to spend more time in the room than we actually did this would have been a real issue. But overall we had a nice time and we would return again. October 26, 2012

Parking is across the street in a parking garage. Parking fee is on the hotel bill with each exit/entry validated by the front desk. October 25, 2012

The room was also very quiet despite being in the middle of the city. The free wifi was fast and I love having a free breakfast. My only negative was that the TV in our room had picture but no sound...I notified the front desk and let them know, it was late Friday night and there was no one available to repair it and since I was checking out the next day I didn't request a new room.
