Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by good stay, problem with bill We made a reservation, 11/26/14 - 11/29/14, then we tried to add 11/25/14 at a later date and it would not go through. So, I called the 1-800 number and she tried to add the date of 11/25/14 and she could not. So she stated that the date of 11/25/14 would have to be a separate reservation. We said that would be fine. We explained this when we checked in and the receptionist stated that it was not a problem. The next day, we went to the desk and stated the whole scenario again and she stated that the credit card was needed to pay for this second reservation. This was not a problem, but upon reviewing the bill, I saw that we were charged twice for the pet fee. Now, ordinarily I would let this go, but seeing that even the woman at the 1-800 number could not add to the existing reservation, I do not think that we should pay two pet fees when we stayed in the same room for the entire stay. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by need to get hbo fixed or stop advertising it's free Our stay was dampened by the fact the hotel offered free HBO and while it did have a lovely clear picture there was no sound, and since I don't read lips it was impossible to follow a movie. The staff blew it off saying they were still having issues with the provider. very dissapointing November 25, 2014
