Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Superb, but for two small "glitches" Every staff member was always extremely helpful and cordial. But for me, "Amanda" at the front desk upon our arrival stood out as perfect. We'd asked in advance for First Floor "adjoining rooms". Although Amanda was initially doubtful about the availability of "adjoining" rooms, she gave us Rooms 104 & 106 which were "adjoining", allowing our two couples in the two rooms to socialize more easily. Moreover, everyone was delighted to learn from Amanda about the Windcreek Casino's "shuttle." The only "glitches" were Room 104's very poor shower water pressure and its poorly operating toilet, which we reported. In fairness, though, it had rained constantly, so that may have impacted either or both problems. We were there only two nights, so that also may have affected the staff's ability to correct Room 104's two problems quickly. Room 106 had no such problems. A very pleasant stay, thanks to the Holiday Inn Express and its entire staff. Thanks to all. January 2, 2014
