Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Loud Guests Weekly at daylight Everything about this hotel is awesome... I have stayed here at least twice a week for years. However, of recent months, it has become the hub for hard working construction crews... they get up before daylight - lots of them - and the doors slamming and talking in the halls is unbearable that time of the morning (3-4 am). Many times at night they are loud in the halls. Im not down on how hard they work , its just the respect for the many others in the hotel. The front desk just cannt do much about the situation. As I type this, I am staying there tonight.... so it's a go for you if you know your sleeping hours! August 24, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Poor services This stay disappointed me as a Platinum member. I had been given accessible room during checked in. I surprised and return to desk, she changed room to another ,but that room had refrigerator noise probmem, I requested to change any better room and even upgrade as I am platinum card holder, then she changed my room to 3rd floor.On that night I moved from one to another night thrice!!!!. On next day , I found that room had A/C machine problem with in AUTO mode operation . I complained in early morning @6:00AM, and reuested to fix problem or move to another room . I surprised when I return from work,neither A/c machine fixed nor make available another room. I spent whole night with that condition. Next day I repeated my complai and contacted IHG customer service for help!!! August 2, 2015
