the hotel was very nice. the only problem I had were the pillows and the traffic noise from the highway. kept me up most of the night. the hotel was clean, breakfast was great and service was great.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Loved the breakfast buffet, especially the pancake machine.

The professional curtsey and caring of the staff insuring my needs were met for lodging even though I did not a reservation. The comfort of the room and the cost was not overpowering. The breakfast was very well prepared and the selections were wonderful. Most of all and far most, the customer service was above approach and top notch. Hat off to the entire facility staff.

I have been staying at this hotel for over six years at least twice a year. I travel between the east coast and Louisiana. The hotel is a good half way point and my Mother enjoyed the Casino. The hotel has always been clean and well tended. However, on my two most recent trips, I found the rooms to be lacking. In one, the refridgerator cabinet door was not attached at the top. In the other, the bed looked like it had been selpt in, there was not a light bulb in the desk lamp, the towels in the bath room were not placed neatly as is normally the case, and there was no pen in the room for the tablet. There used to be two tablets and two ink pens in the room every time. One by the bed, the other on the desk. I am fairly certain the hotel was new when I first stayed in it. However, the bathrooms are starting to show some wear and tear. I certainly do not expect you to remodel the hotel. However, the cleaning staff should be advised or trained to check the room, as is normally the case. Things break, or simply need attention. There is no excuse for loose toilet seats or, as in the case of my most recent stay, a toilet seat that was up and looked like it had been used (paper across the seat hanging in the back). Also, it would be nice to have a toilet seat which is the correct size for the bowl. Part of me was sitting on the porcilen during my last stay. I will continue to stay in Atmore during my frequent travels. However, if I experience these types of deficencies in the future, I will be looking for a different hotel. It is a shame for me to have to write these things. Each and every one should never have happened. Household and maintenance staff in a hotel should have caught and fixed every deficency I have noted.

This property always provides relaxation in a comfortable and contemporary setting after a long day on the road. The excellent breakfast is a good incentive to leave the extremely comfortable bed and get an early start. Highly recommended for those visiting this part of South Alabama!

We always stay at Holiday Inn Express and you are one of the few that has not renovated your hotel. This is NOT a 4.3 hotel. It's still like the old Holiday Inns long ago.

The rest room had only one tissue in the container,/some one needs to check when cleaning.
The eggs in the breakfast bar had no choices with out cheese.
