My only gripe is when the breakfast hours are posted to begin at 0630, then that's what time breakfast should be ready. Not 0645. This happened more than once. June 2, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Roomy suite but unable to close drapes We had a corner suite with the sun streaming in though the shears and unable to move the drapes to block the early morning sun. We were given damp towels and our pull out linens were removed without replacement clean ones. Suite was nice and roomy for the 4of us and the breakfasts were good. May 31, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel, not great price fine place to stay, workout equipment wasn't in great shape. Elliptical clicked every revolution, bike pedals felt bent. breakfast not ready at 6:25. Breakfast doesn't start till 6:30 unlike most in the area that start at 6am. Price is high for area, but it was non smoking. Room was clean. May 27, 2013

They represented Holiday Inn Express in a professional manner. Give them a raise. I didn't catch their names which is my fault. May 7, 2013

They were the best example of " customer service" people I have experienced in a long time, certainly the first time in my Augusta travel experiences.
