They were the best example of " customer service" people I have experienced in a long time, certainly the first time in my Augusta travel experiences. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff Monday of Masters week and they were booked solid, but were short handed on staff. Maybe bad luck. Staff could not have been more courteous and responsive. Nice touch to have complimentary water and chips at check-in for Priority Club members. However, we found a few issues that management should address. Our room was not ready even though we arrived after check-in. Main floor men's restroom needed cleaning - badly! Our room had no toilet tissue. All this may have been due to short staff situation. Maybe that's the only issue. April 13, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Stay This is a nice motel. The rooms are nice. We have stayed here a few times and the staff has always been very nice and professional. The person who prepares the breakfast at the motel does a good job, but the breakfast selection is not very good. I do recommend this motel because of the nice and clean accomodations, nice professional staff. The location is also very conveinient. April 7, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Check In Early in the day before we checked in, my Daughter requested for us to have a joining rooms. it was all set up and they said no problem. When we arrived to check in and we told them we were already set up for the a joining room, they gave us our key and we went to our room. When we got to the room, it was down and across from where my Daughters room was. We went back to the front desk and the girl behind the desk was extremely rude and acted that like she really didn't care. I believe her name was Tisha. She said there was nothing she could do and acted like she didn't want to do anything. I did get very frustrated and really felt like leaving. We even asked about for Saturday and she said no. "Very rudely". We did stay in the original room for both nights that we were there. I very disappointed with the customer service that your staff gave us. March 30, 2013
