Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful hotel and staff! It was an excellent experience from the time that I first called the hotel to ask some questions to checking in later in the evening. Tina at the front desk was most helpful and kind, and so was the security guard working the evening shift. I am sorry that I did not get his name, as he was also most helpful. All of the staff really stood out in a positive way. The rooms and hotel as a whole are so very nice. The room we were in was very comfortable and quite large. The next time we are in Augusta we will stay again for sure. December 21, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Staff need additional traning During my staff with the Holiday Inn Express, I paid the hotel with a check from the government agency in which I am employed. Prior to check out, I noticed that the customer service agent charged my debit card for the full amount of the stay including applicable sales tax. I had to call my bank and have them to speak with the General Manager at the Holiday Inn Express to reverse the charge made to my debit card. December 19, 2014

I arrived at the hotel after working all day and driving two hours to get there so this was especially appreciated. The hotel was very quiet and I got a great night's sleep for which I was very grateful since I had another long day of driving ahead of me. December 16, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great location The front desk staff was very professional and friendly but may have neglected to let housekeeping know that I had a late checkout the next day because housekeeping just barged in without waiting for my response after quickly knocking on the door. First time this has happened to me at a Holiday Inn and I stay at an awful lot. I was clearly annoyed as I was on the phone and working. December 13, 2014

I decided to stay an extra night after Thanksgiving at the last minute, and the reservation was easy to make. They accommodated all of my needs and I had nothing to complain about. Hallways aren't really noisy and breakfast is a definite advantage. I will definitely stay again. December 2, 2014
