Bedding and towels were wet (and, oh btw, they weren't just a little damp#. Complaint resulted in lobby clerk saying "it makes it easier to fold the linens". Can you believe it? Also, was not allowed to go below 76 on the A/C. Also, bad ant situation #covering table/desk and extending into the bathroom# was not addressed by management at all once I complained. No effort was made to move me to a room that was at least the same type/size.
I believe that this is an issue with management. Bad cost-cutting decisions are affecting the look and feel of the hotel #i.e., snack selection looked like something out of a garage sale#, the grumpiness and lack of maturity of the help #and, this business of using security guards as your primary employees at night really doesn't work well because all they can do is stare at you when you come up to the counter to ask for something#, and customer satisfaction.
I was extremely inconvenienced during this trip, and I will NEVER EVER stay at this Holiday Inn Express again.

- Is a new hotel that provides the Holiday Inn Express Level. For those who are looking within the price range, is probably the best option in town.
- If you depend or have to have internet in your room, you better tell the front desk that and ensure it prior "settle down" other wise, you might end with out that service.
I am happy.
