Perfectly located off the highway, this property has spacious rooms and great staff. No complaints. Would stay at again.

Lobby and commons area are updated and very nice. However, once past the front desk the hallways, elevators and guest rooms are in serious need of updating. This is not what I expect when I stay at an IHG property. The guest room beds were small and uncomfortable. The bathroom was gross, the toilet barely flushed and there were mold spots in the ceiling above the shower. I was told complimentary breakfast was served beginning at 6:00 am, I waited until 6:30 for the "hot" portion of the breakfast to be served. It never came, so I grabbed a bruised banana and started my day. I will never stay here again.

This was my first stay at this property. Everything was clean, operation and up to date. Bed was very comfortable with a good variety of pillows. It is located by several shopping areas and places to eat.

Bed was comfortable.but wasn't too happy about the fact that I couldn't drink my tea coz they didn't have it.it would've been nice if they told me with a nicer tone.

When I travel for business it usually take a day or two to get use to the hotel and sleeping conditions. Not this trip, I was able to relax and enjoy a full night of restful sleep from the start.

Good location not too far from the Denver International Airport and close to a community that have a variety of choices of restaurants and shopping areas. Nice facility, and excellent staff.

Upon checkin, the staff spent a good 10-15 minutes trying to find us an adjoining room in a section of the hotel with strong wifi. I didn't even ask for this, she just saw that I had two rooms booked and that we had our laptops with us. Absolutely amazing service.

You should really do something about the desk chairs. They are always so low that you can't really type comfortably on your lap top and most of them can't be adjusted. This is true in almost every Holiday Inn I stay at. Also the TV needs to have a "guide channel" to tell you what's on. Some hotels have them but most don't. You spend a ton of time trying to find something on TV and most of the time you have to wait for the commercial to end so that you can see what is on that particular channel.
