Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Desk chairs and TV Guide channel. You should really do something about the desk chairs. They are always so low that you can't really type comfortably on your lap top and most of them can't be adjusted. This is true in almost every Holiday Inn I stay at. Also the TV needs to have a "guide channel" to tell you what's on. Some hotels have them but most don't. You spend a ton of time trying to find something on TV and most of the time you have to wait for the commercial to end so that you can see what is on that particular channel. March 31, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by suggested changes Please staem clean the disgusting carpets and try to remove the smell of cigarrette smoke from the elevators. Consider rotating the menu of the hot food. There was no bacon the day I really wanted a hot breakfast. No big deal. I really dont need bacon. March 30, 2015

They always recognize my IHG rewards status. This is the perfect place to stay when visiting the medical services available at Aurora. I will stay here every time I visit. March 30, 2015

Would recommend making you reservation direct with the motel, if not using you rewards points. The cleaning people forgot to remove the old soap from the tub when cleaning. After the hassle checking in, didn't want to complain. March 15, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Breakfast nook needs less furniture We stayed at this property because my daughter had medical issues being addressed at Children's hospital. The lobby breakfast area is not wheel friendly. There was a ramp but placed at the bottom and across the entire front area was furniture where a walk way was clearly laid out originally. We were unable to access the breakfast area and food without considerable trouble. I doubt that at any point the lobby is so full of patrons that all of that furniture is necessary. March 12, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Don't Expect to get Sleep The sirens from the hospital across the street went off all night long, and the heater inside the room was so loud I was unable to get any rest. The front desk workers started off friendly, but then got ruder by the second. The elevator didn't work half the time. I would never stay here again. March 9, 2015
