The room was clean, not to mention the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. After we checked out we realize we forgot our winter coats in the closet the hotel got them out of the room and sent them to us. Thank you I know we will need them this week here in the Midwest. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The staff is wonderful!! We rarely stay at hotels and this one was the best choice possible. We plan to come back and i highly recommend this place. The lobby is very well maintained and nicely set up and the room i stayed in was very clean. Good wifi, clean gym, and the breakfast was great. The staff will make you feel at home and goes to the farthest extent to make you happy and make you feel comfortable. We checked in late and had a very ruff day , desk staff Kiera made us feel at home the second we walked in . Greeted with a smile , offered to be a member of the Holiday Inn Rewards Program, given a choice of which floor we felt comfortable being on, and very sencere when conversating. We couldnt figure out how to use our keys and she went right up and helped us. Check out was good as well. February 8, 2015
