Was alittle worried with all the remodeling. I was nuts. Quiet, clean, relaxing and excelent customer service. Wish I could have stayed for breakfast. Thank You.

My sister-n-law & i came to Denver for Black Friday shopping. We were very happy that we stayed at this property! This hotel is centrally located to all our shopping destinations. This hotel was under construction but we didn't mind. The room was clean, modern and comfortable! Well worth the price! Very inexpensive! It is possible to have a great hotel room without spending a lot! I will stay again and I would highly recomend this hotel!

I was completely won over by the quality of service I received at this hotel. Everyone was very friendly, and seemed to know the area very well. Great Hotel, would recommend any day!

We normally stay at this hotel when we go to Denver because of the great location and friendliness of staff. They are doing some remodeling, which is really needed, but more ungrades are still needed. Had luke warm water for shower, scratchy towels and mattress was to hard. Hopefully with the remodeling comes some upgrades. Did not have these problems any of the other times we have stayed there

I stayed here Nov 16, 2013. The hotel is outdated and a bit run down. Good news they were renovating, bad news the web site did not mention this when I made my reservation. The place was a disaster! Good news the front desk moved me to a floor with "less construction" and upgraded my room. Still not good with the mess and run down appearance, I think the site should have said somthing when I booked the room on line, and a discounted rate should have been charged for the mess, noise, rundown place.

I was very disappointed. First, I was not aware this hotel was being remodeled so this was a bit of a shock when I arrived. The construction noise wasn't terrible but, I thought the staff could have done a much better job of managing the construction dust and debris. My room was reasonably clean but, the hallways and lobby were dusty and dirty. In addition, the cable TV didn't work, I struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature in my room and, on the morning of my checkout, was surprised to discover I didn't have hot water. Overall, this was the worst hotel stay I've had in a very long time. This location was not the closest to my destination, I chose to stay here based on brand loyalty. I won't make that mistake again.

I recently stayed on business for a period of 2 weeks. During this time the location was under construction and obviously going through an upgrade. Breakfast was served at 6:00 am prompt, however my meetings required me to be on location at 6:00 am.
I asked the front desk clerk about the food service, and inquired about coffee only since services did not begin until 6:00 am. Josh asked me about my morning and day, then promptly provided me with food and coffee to take with me. It's not often that someone takes personal concern in my travels. Josh did not hesitate and as I travel often to this location, I will be glad to stay at this hotel.
The cleaning staff was helpful and also concerned if my room was comfortable.
A great experience.
