Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Clean and Friendly We recently visited for a medical appointment for a Diabetic child. Our stay was great. Room was clean and the service desk staff was wonderful. Always a treat to see the same smiling face as the previous visit. Shows they care about their staff. And the Continental Breakfast was amazing. So many choices to choose from to start your day. Front desk person got us all to our rooms quickly, woke us all up by 5;30, and made sure to get us a cab, when the one we arranged for did not show. Just a great show of customer service. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Hair in my food Breakfast here was disgusting, found hair in my gravy and informed the attendant she took her jolly time about removing the food from the server. she had fuzzy red hair and that's what i found in my food. i stopped three people from eating from the same gravy before she finally removed the tray. They went ahead and charged my personal account twice instead of my business card which was given at check in. WHAT A MESS! I called again today and was offered nothing but a sorry. You should treat your customers with more respect and you do not have the authority to just charge any old card you want. This causes major issues for people and takes a long time to resolve. Now my daughter is turning 3 and I have no money to buy her presents because of your carelessness and lack of customer focused policy. September 25, 2015
