So I think like a lot of people that have to get up in the night to go, it would be nice if you came up with some kind of a built in night light. We always seem to have to leave the light when we are in a hotel room. Could save a lot of energy. November 13, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Okay but could be better Staff was friendly and efficient. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable. A second chair with lamp in the room would have been helpful. Biggest complaint was at breakfast where choices were limited (for example, no danish or hard boiled eggs); eggs were tasteless and bacon greasy. Having stayed at peer motels, this Holiday Inn Express ranked below them at breakfast and with amenities like all day coffee or fruit. November 7, 2014

She went way beyond what was to be expected to make people feel welcome, as well as to ensure every food item was replenished as necessary. We lost a personal item and she helped look through all of the trash bins to help us locate what was missing. Kudos to excellent customer service with breakfast! October 30, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Recommend this hotel Had an efficient check in. Went to room on 3rd floor but it smelled of smoke so we asked for a new room. The front desk was apologetic and offered a free upgrade room on the 4th floor. We were very happy with the response.....the young lady (sorry I forget her name) is exactly what you want at every hotel!! The next room was very nice and clean and had no smoke smell. We stayed 3 nights. Sleep very well all 3 nights. I ate breakfast each morning. The first 2 mornings there were several items that were empty and it took awhile for them to get refilled. Quality was the usual complaints. I definitely recommend this hotel. October 25, 2014
