The staff is very friendly and the check in and out was quick and easy. Any time I come to this area for meetings, I will choose this hotel. February 4, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Unsatisfactory Room I travel a lot for work and this is the first time staying at this hotel, after a long flight I arrived at the hotel checked in went to the room and the bathroom was filthy. The toilet was not clean and dirty towels were in the tub, which lead me to believe that the rest of the room was not clean properly. I did ask to change rooms which they did but after that experience I started to questioned the cleanliness of the other room. January 28, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful Rooms and Friendly Staff The Manager and hotel staff are always accommodating. We have stayed at this hotel several times and have never been disappointed. Upon check-in we were greeted by the manager and placed in very nice rooms. We stayed for a week due to damage to our home. Each night that we came in from work, our rooms were totally cleaned, which is exactly what we needed each day after a hard days work. The breakfast was awesome, the hostess was very friendly and the breakfast bar was always fully stocked. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. Best place to stay in the Austell, Powder Springs Area. January 27, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Most Welcoming Front Desk Encounter I have EVER experienced The hotel itself is exactly what one would expect with a Holiday Inn Express but what precipitated the elevated star levels was the care the staff took to make each guest feel welcome. Upon check in, we were greeted by a hotel associate that simply could not have been more accommodating!!! Her cheery and positive nature cast a bright light on our stay before we even entered the room. Initially I thought that we just got lucky with our initial encounter; but I experienced an equal degree of enthusiasm upon checkout. It is ashamed that more hoteliers do not attempt to hire a friendly face to greet weary travelers!!! January 20, 2015
