Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Needs LOTS of help I always look to IHG brands as my first choice and when I saw this one as an option I didn't think twice. I had multiple problems that I feel could have been handled better. After my first night I woke up early to go to the fitness room. The first issue I had was that niether of the treadmills worked appropriately. One didn't really work at all and the other was way to complicated for just a manual quick run. Second, upon arriving back to my room from the fitness center I opened my door to find water pouring down from the entry light fixture. The floor was soaked and it splashed into the restroom. I had to work around it so that I didn't get wet. I reported it to the front desk and the attendant stated that he would have maintenance right on it as soon as they arrived. When I returned later that day I asked if it had been fixed and they said "oh yes, in fact they spent most of the day in your room and just finished". I was troubled by this, because when you leave a hotel you typically don't think about people being in your room for an extended time #usually only cleaning service in there#. As I walked to my room one of the maintenance men approached me and stated that they had just finished in there and the floor was still a bit wet, but the leak is fixed #this too troubled me knowing they had been in there so long!#. Then I realized, why didn't they offer for me to change rooms #that would have been the more appropriate response from the beginning#. Lastly, later that evening as I was in my room and the toilet handle broke. As I reported it to the front, the staff again very laxidaisical said "ok, we will take care of it". By this time all I wanted to do was leave. So, for this specific hotel I would not recommend it to anyone. I was so disappointed with the problems I encountered and with the way staff handled it. I would not stay here again. This hotel made the IHG brand look horrible. October 27, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bloody Mess Hotel staff were great and very welcoming once I arrived. The check in process was less than 3 minutes so that is a plus! The down side? I was unable to relax fully after finding a bloody mess all over the curtains and window dressings. Made me wonder what went on in the room before I checked in. I felt like I had to check under the sheets, which I did, around the room, and the bathroom. The rest of the room seemed clean enough. I let the front desk know the next morning about the curtains, and when I got back that night, the curtain was changed. The rest of the window coverings still had blood splatter though! I took pictures to show the front desk just so they could let someone know to change the rest out. I would rate the hotel higher, but the WiFi was unreliable as well so if you are trying to work, plan ahead and have your MiFi. Again the staff were great, but I will not be using this particular hotel in the future. October 18, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed, fabulous breakfast My husband and I had a very enjoyable stay recently at your hotel. We loved our suite! Their breakfast buffet was fabulous!! They had both healthy and indulgent choices. Even though the hotel is located near a busy freeway, you couldn't hear any street noise. We really enjoyed everything about our stay and will definitely recommend to all of our friends and family. October 16, 2014
