Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Was a good stay and value. This was just a quick stay, I arrived late and left early. This hotel is in the process of an upgrade. Everything that has been completed so far is nice. Once the hotel gets finished it will be great looking. I booked a suite and they ended up putting me in a room that said "Corporate Suite" or something similar on the outside of the door. Room was an awesome size, (it looked to be the size of two rooms) but as mentioned the hotel is in the process of an upgrade so the furnishings were a mixture of old and new. It was clean but some things like the night stands were showing more wear than the couch. The room looked to be setup for an extended stay. There was a Keurig for coffee in the morning and a few dishes and small table for a meal. Some other thing that led me to believe it was for extended stay was the bathroom had nearly everything in a cup on the counter that is on the "if you forgot something" sign. Things like single use combs, toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc. it also had the standard Shampoo, lotion, mouthwash, etc but there was two of each instead of the single you usually see. One thing to note was my Verizon cell phone didn't work very well in parts of the room I had to get close to the window for it to work. That's not bad if you want to get away from it for a little bit, but if you are expecting a call just make sure it is on the window side of the bed. Overall it was a good stay and a good value. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn has the best pillows I stay in a lot of different Holiday Inns, the beds are not always the best, but the pillows are always great. I like the soft pillows. At other hotels, they are usually to fat or thick and i wake with a crick in my neck. I recently stayed at another IHG hotel and I hated the pillows. Please dont change the pillows. Bring back the waffle maker May 16, 2016
