This Holiday Inn Express is one of the best HIEs we've stayed at. The room was very nice and spacious and comfortable. The bed was excellent, and there were no obnoxious noises ever heard.
El at the front desk and staff member Levi were always friendly and helpful when needed.
We did not appreciate the fact that most housekeeping personnel did not speak or understand or at least did not express any interest in communicating in English.
We would definitely return to this Holiday Inn Express.

The room was a bit dated and the lighting was dim. The biggest issue was the AC unit. Would not cool the room down until you set the temp all the way down to 60 and kept the fan going! Difficult to sleep with a constant fan buzzing all night long.
There are other hotels nearby that we will use next time.

FIRST TIME TO STAY IN HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS WAS ABOUT 2.5 YEARS AGO AND FOUND THEM TO BE VERY ACCOMMODATING, FRIENDLY, CLEAN AND REASONABLY PRICED. WE HAVE BEEN USING THEM EVER SINCE. THE RESERVATION WAS MADE THE NIGHT BEFORE AND WAS NOT A PLEASURE TRIP. IT WAS A 240 MILE TRIP (ONE WAY) FOR A FUNERAL, WHICH CAN BE VERY TAXING ON TWO SENIOR CITIZENS. THE RESERVATION WAS TAKEN BY A YOUNG LADY NAMED STEPHANIE WHO WAS VERY ATTENTIVE TO MY HEARING PROBLEM AND DID NOT GET UPSET AT HAVING TO REPEAT THINGS FOR ME. WE WANTED TO GIVE HIGH REGARDS AND KUDOS TO STEPHANIE.

I would recommend this hotel. The room was large and they change the room for a double bed when requested. Nice place.

I travel weekly for business and stay all over the country. Whenever I am in the Austin area, I stay at the Austin - North (Pflugerville) Holiday Inn Express. The hotel is conveniently located near the North Austin / Round Rock business centers on I-35, and also close to several good restaraunts. The staff is always helpful and make me feel as if I am at home.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to or through the austin Area.

We stayed for the Texas football game and while the room is quite clean and the beds comfortable the room was a little worn. The sitting area had no couch in it -- only the chair. The only other place to sit was the desk chair. The hook on the back of the bathroom door was loose. Also all the bath room door frames at the hotel could use repainting. I do love the new TVs in the rooms though.

Internet very slow. Room not very clean upon arrival. Dirty towel and coffee cup with lipstick left in room. Carpet was dirty and room had little black bugs. This use to be the site we planned all meeting and now it has really gone down.
