This hotel had a very friendly staff all around! The rooms, breakfast lounge, pool, fitness center, etc were always clean and nice! The breakfast was amazing for a continental breakfast....a lot of delicious, fresh choices!! We look forward to coming back every year in the future!!! I can't think of a better place to stay in the area!!

almost daily the house keeping staff either does not take out trsh, pick up soiled linens and everyday does not leave coffe in the room.
on weekend hotel is full, which is great with the exeption of allowing kids to run up and down the halls half the night. unable to get full night sllep on the weekends
overall front desk staff was helpful and polite. the beds are very comforatable. would stay if i am in the area agin. just could use some work in the aformentioned areas.

I would not refer this hotel to "ANYONE" if you intend to go there to rest, because you will not be able too. On the surface the hotel looks good, but when it times to turn off the lights, the paper thin walls will give way to the next room. I called down to the manager and was assured that the noise would stop, and after making another call I knew I was in for a long night. When it was time to check out I spoke to another manager who only offered a little assistance. There are a few other hotels in the area and I would advise you to check into one of them instead of this location.

This was the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel and both visits were terrific! From the moment we made the reservation to the time we checked out, we were treated very well. Would stay here again and recommend others to do the same. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet delicious!

Breakfast was week. Out of most products, didnt want to make anything new for us....Sad way to start our day.
Overall room was nice, spacious. Bathroom needed some repairs..tub drained slow, tiles missing on walls, and door smash mark w/hole in wall

This is a very nice Holiday Inn, close to the highway, very clean .. The staff was freindly and advised us about several places to eat.. We travel through this area often and we will make it a point to stop there in the future

Over the last months I have stayed at the Niles property. The staff has gone out of their way to make my stay comfortable and I really appreciate it. Mike at the front desk is really a nice guy and very professional.

The hotel was not full so I was upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi at no additional charge. I did not even ask for this but it was offered and after a long trip I was very grateful.
The staff was friendly and helpful.

Everything was great - location, staff, room, amenites, breakfast, free coffee all day long. The only problem we found was the sink faucet in the bathroom. It was improperly mounted - too far from the edge of the sink - and it was hard to adjust water temperature. (That 's why I rated it 9 out of 10) . We liked that all rooms are non-smoking. So no smell residuals. It is 6 month old hotel and I hope they will keep it as it’s now..

The bed is great and makes a great visual when you walk into the room and the bed is made up so that the sheets end about a third of the way down from the top of the bed; the only problem is when you climb into bed and the blankets don't come up past your navel. When you actually go to sleep in the bed and you're over 5 feet tall, you might want to take the sheets and blanket off the bed and tuck them back in, but not so far under the foot of the bed that they don't give you anything to cover yourself up with at night.
Just a thought for the housekeeping staff.

We stopped at this Holiday Inn Express on our way from New Jersey to Ann Arbor, Michigan. We arrived at 2AM and were greeted by an extremely friendly and helpful desk clerk who got us situated very quickly, gave us water bottles and snacks and wished us a good night's sleep. She inquired about a wake up call and generally made us feel well-cared-for. Breakfast was good with many options. The woman in charge of the dining room ensured that nothing ran out and inquired if there was anything she could do for us. We were on our way having slept and eaten well. We would certainly return to this establishment.

My experience with the staff, from making phone reservations to check in were extremely friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of this location is definitely 5 Star. Would highly recommend this site to family and friends. I love the fact that my room had a mini fridge and microwave. Coffee pot was also appreciated.
