Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Roadtrip Pitstop My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel on our way further south. Since I knew we would be arriving very late, I called and spoke with the manager several weeks beforehand to let her know of this. I called again the day of the reservation to make sure the hotel had a record of our late arrival and was told there was. We arrived around 4am. Since we were arriving so late, the hotel had checked us into a quiet second floor room at the end of the hallway. We were offered late check-out, which we accepted. The area seems to be a little congested and run down, but the hotel itself was very nice, although our room was a little small considering it was a handicap room. I imagine it would be difficult to navigate in a wheelchair. Overall, I would stay here again for the same purpose. September 5, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by pleasant stay but... We had a pleasant two night stay. Only problem was that our room was not made up when we returned at 330pm. We told cleaning staff that we would leave the room for them to do their work but they said they didn't have time. Not the answer we were looking for. Might stay there again but will look around at other hotels in area first. August 20, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by 1 pic hotels Well this stay taught me some lessons I had forgotten. 1. brands are not always consistent, 2. hotels with just a picture of their lobby probably do that because there isn't much else to take a picture of. This was my worst stay in a Holiday Inn for a number of years. This hotel is right off a busy major road and lacks bushes or other noise dampeners such as water features so you do hear the road noise in rooms on that side. The only pic of the hotel online was the lobby, the reason being the room was not worth taking a pic of. Everything was presentable but not the quality feel I have come to expect with HI and HI Express. Lastly there were a couple of hairs not mine on my pillow case. when I looked at the actual pillow it had big sweat stains on it. It was not a cheap place to stay but it felt like it was August 19, 2014
