Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Accomodating staff The staff at night and in the morning were accommodating and very pleasant. The room was very nice and clean, as was the bathroom. The bed was too firm for my liking. I've stayed at other HI Express' and the beds have been pillow-tops and comfortable. But the main problem for me was the fact that there are no drapes in the room. The shade is white and there was a street light shining into my room all night. The sun came in too early for my liking also. I was in town for a class reunion and arrived very late at the hotel. If it weren't so late, I would have asked for another room without light shining in (if that were possible.) They need to put drapes on the windows! September 18, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice renovated rooms I enjoyed my stay at your premises, rooms are very nicely renovated and this establishment will be very nice when finish. My only suggestions for improving your customer experience would be to: Since this hotel is under renovations, the agent could mention prior to arrival that the pool and exercise room are not available. Make sure you reception agent really tries to help find our IHG Priority Member number. Otherwise this was a great stay and I really like the renovations September 18, 2015

The hotel was undergoing remodeling at the time, so the lobby area was fenced, and a limited number of rooms was available. Since I stayed in one of the remodeled rooms, everything was new and clean. The TV had many channels to choose from, and the internet connection was decent. In the night, the room was somewhat noisy, due to air conditioning and outside traffic noises. Fortunately, I brought ear plugs, and these solved the problem. September 14, 2015

Floor two and four have just completed renovation. The newly renovated room was awesome. Nicely re-designed Holiday Inn Express rooms. Great layout with smart furniture design. Plenty power plugs all over desk, wall, and on night stand. Bright and clean. Bed was comfortable and room is quiet. The best HIE ever stayed. Will definitely come back again next time to NJ. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff When we made the reservations we were told that the property was being renovated and the workers worked from 8-5. We were told the pool was also closed. We had stayed at this property before and had a good experience. Even though construction was going on the noise was minimal. The entire staff was great. Especially the front desk. The drawer in the one dresser would not close all the way but that was ok. We understand that furniture that needed to be replaced would be during the renovation. We will be going back to the Woodbridge area in a couple of weeks and we will be staying at the same property. July 22, 2015
