Check-in was quick and easy. The hotel still had some renovations that were not completed. but that did not get in our way during the stay. These were told to us during check-in!
We had a king room. The room was spacious and was comfortable. We came for an event and were out pretty much the whole time. While walking to the room you could hear some music from one of the other rooms, but this was not heard in the room (not to panic)!
We went for a late breakfast, close to closing time and it was still stocked. We did not feel rushed by the staff working the breakfast area.
Overall - stay was great, and this location is recommended :)

Stayed here last night to have a bit of a staycation. I was looking for a reasonable hotel with an indoor pool & hot tub, and this fit the bill.
The room was brand new! There were charging outlets (including USB outlets) everywhere. The room was nicely done with a very modern feel. No more heavy, overstuffed furniture here. Blackout curtains and heavy windows kept out the noise & light from Route 1. The room had a Keurig, too. If I had realized I would have brought my own pods.
The pool area was clean and we were the only ones in there. Before checkout we hit the breakfast bar in the morning and found it to be very good. They had hot food (pancakes, eggs, sausage patties, sausage gravy & biscuits) as well as cereals and breads. Coffee and tea were plentiful.
I was truly pleasantly surprised by the great updates at this place. I would definitely recommend it and I would stay again.

This hotel has had a facelift. It has a modern look and feel, like no other place I've ever stayed. I really enjoyed the accommodations provided and the friendly people there.

I travel to the area frequently for work and the hotel we had our corporate rate at (also IHG) was awful. Found this one online and liked the look of the rooms. Actually managed a better rate than the other property. I was not told prior to arrival that the hotel was still under renovation, but it did not impact my stay.
I LOVE the rooms here. Modern and bright! A lot of the time I am searching for an outlet, not here! The work space is phenomenal and plugs galore! I would like to have more drawer space, but that's not a biggie.
I am legally blind so I often find lighting in hotels to be lacking, but the lighting options are so plentiful and set up in a way that the lights aren't blasting you.
Also, the fan in the bathroom is whisper quiet. I will say that you can hear the toilets flush in neighboring rooms, but it did not disturb my sleep.
The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I felt like I was really coming home, not just another body with a room number.
We recently had 7 people go to the area for work and I booked them all at this property. Everyone loved it! Can't wait till the pool and hot tub open. I already made my next reservation for next week.

This location just underwent a remodel and is now very bright and clean. It has always been a good location. The staff especially "Rob" is always on top of things and makes the guest welcome.

The hotel was clean and the food was good. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the pool and hot tub were filled up and running but not open to the guests yet. It was a bit of a letdown since I rented 4 rooms for 2 nights. All of my employees were ready to relax after a long days work and it wasn't possible. It should have been noted on the IHG app.
