Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Terrific service I was checked in by Justin. He provided great customer service. Justin made both myself and my friend feel welcome and comfortable. He also informed us of the renovations the hotel was going under, which was a plus. The room was beautiful and quiet. Felt at ease the moment I walked in. Everything was meticulously cleaned. The bed and pillows were just so comfortable, that you never want to get up. A huge thank you to the Housekeeping department for your terrific job! As for the free breakfast, it was fantastic! I didn't expect to see so many different options. There was a good selection of non-meat items for breakfast as well, which made me extremely happy. At check out, Nick was really sweet. He let me have a late check out when I asked, which I greatly appreciated. He even helped me with some things I had forgotten at home. Overall, the staff were just the best. They helped make my birthday a memorable one, which I will always be thankful for. From one front desk employee to another, keep up the great work you all do! I will definitely be coming back soon! Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Ugh... The property was undergoing a remodel. The parking lot was full of dumpsters and shipping containers when I arrived, there was no place to park. I had to wedge my car in-between another car and a shipping container and squeeze out the passenger side door. Due to the construction there was no fitness room, no dining area, no laundry, no HBO, the elevator was acting weird. In the morning the breakfast spread was crammed into a 3 X 6 ft. area in the midst of all the construction debris in the lobby. I skipped it. I've stayed at a lot of properties undergoing remodel in the past but never one quite like this. It wasn't an expensive room, but definitely felt like I paid too much given the condition of the hotel. The freshly remodeled room was nice. But after all the hassle just getting to the room not having HBO really rubbed me the wrong way. This will probably be a good stop in another 2 months but its pretty rough right now. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by My Thoughts Modern room and friendly staff. Wish I had been informed prior to my arrival that the hotel was under renovations. Pool and fitness room were not available. Breakfast area only had two table in the small lobby area. Every time you get up to get coffee the front door of the hotel opened. November 18, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Recently renovated rooms! You can count on Holiday Inn Express to provide excellent rooms that are clean and comfortable. Though this location was under renovations and many of the amenities were not in service the room was new and clean and comfortable. The front dest was also very helpful and courteous. Once the construction/renovations are complete this will be an outstanding place to stay! November 12, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Was not warned about renovations DO NOT STAY HERE UNTIL RENOVATIONS ARE COMPLETE. The entire first floor was a mess. The pool and fitness center was closed. I did get a brand new room, but that was the only positive of this stay. The parking lot was full when I arrived, so I needed to wait until someone got in their car and left. The shower never really got hot. Fast check out wasn't an option. There were only two tables available for breakfast. November 4, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Don't stay until the renovation is complete Entire first floor was being renovated. Upon arrival, I wasn't entirely sure the hotel was open for business. Was not made aware of the renovations until check-in. They should have posted on their website during bookig that this hotel was under renovation. The pool, business center, and fitness center were off limits due to this construction. November 1, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by stayed for 4 nights overall experience was very good I always sleep well in HIE. since hotel is under renovations there are couple suggestions that I have: 1. when redoing bathrooms - celling's in the showers need more attention, celling in the shower just don't match quality to all the other upgrades. 2. note to remodel project manager and of course hotel manager: - keep cleaner front desk/cafeteria and hallways, - it looks like contractors should organize working areas specially outside. it seemed like building materials were more spread out through parking lot for their convenience rather customer parking, - there are many doors that you can access hotel first floor to keep the first floor still clean and less construction traffic. thanks October 26, 2015
