Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not so good service The evening staff was pleasant when I checked in. However, when I voiced my concern about the fact that the signs on each floor pointed to non-existent vending machines as did the info in the room, the woman at the desk was defensive. She told me that I had to come down to the lobby to purchase drinks (a fact I had already figured out) rather than acknowledging the oversight. In the morning when I asked for a zero balance receipt, the woman seemed annoyed that I was interrupting what she was doing. I stayed elsewhere the following night, paid considerably less and receive much better service. I guess you don't always get what you pay for. February 17, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed , but walls are thin Bed was comfortable. Heating and air unit worked great. Felt safe. The walls must have been paper thin. I could hear every word my neighbor uttered. I left the fan running to try to compensate and cover up the noise. The fridge worked too well as it froze my drinks, and there was no thermostat. The kitchen staff was friendly. The front desk seemed friendly, but often did not look up. January 18, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best hotel in Bainbridge! Everything was great. Only negative comment would be the pool was advertized as an indoor, heated pool but the heater was broken. Planning on returning soon and will stay here again. Hoping the pool heater is fixed. Although a little pricey, definitely the nicest hotel in Bainbridge! January 14, 2015
