Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Serivice Have been to Bali plenty of times but would have to say that this is the best hotel that I have stayed at in Bali. Staff were very friendly and helpful, whenever you needed anything they understood and attended to anything really fast which is very rare for Bali as everything is usually in "Bali time". Very clean rooms and hotel area, loved the roof to pool and the gym room was great, good equipement. Would stay again. Breakfast was also good and the staff at the breakfast area was fantastic always making sure we were all okay. August 13, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Value and Nice Breakfast Value for Money and the breakfast is good. Unfortunately the bed sheet is not clean enough, as I can see "fading red mark" in a size of coin. Also the Towel has few fading marks. The hand-wash area looks clean from the top, but from below and the side of the wash basin, I can see the coffee/tea marks, most likely leftover by previous guest and never get cleaned during my 3 days stay. Minor inconvenience is one insect (or mosquito?). I spotted one during the first day and been trying hard to catch. It was still there during my check out time. July 31, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good location good value friendly staff short walk to the beach, restaurants, currency exchange, supermarket, and shopping center. Breakfast is good. if you want egg and bacon, they can make it for you at no cost just need to ask the staff for it. At check in the staff had paper work ready to go they were ready for me. check out was fast. The only problem I had which is probably out of the hotel control. There is a roaster that start crowing every day at around 4am from near by houses. This roaster crowning lasts for a few hours which affect my sleep. July 21, 2014
