This hotel was very clean and a great location!! The room was great and the bed was amazing and my husband actually slept through the night!

I was only in town for one night attending a concert at Pier Six. The staff was very accommodating with transporting me to and from the concert. She was pleasant and very helpful. Overall cleanliness of hotel was great. Enjoyable stay!

Rixa and Erika should be commended on their customer service. They were extremely helpful and genuinely happy natured as well. This does have a huge impact, they must enjoy what they do!

My wife and I loved the unique look of the transformed bank building into a Holiday Inn Express. Everything was clean and sharp. Helpful and attentive staff with convenient shuttle service to John Hopkins. Will use them again. I will say we didn't love the $15 parking fee per night.

Awesome, except for an opening in the room window that could not block the light.
This made very difficult for us to sleep.
A small curtain over this opening would fix it.

Beautiful hotel. For the most part the staff was great and the time spent was pleasant. My only issue was the lack of parking in the area as well as I wanted to leave a key at the front desk for my sister while I ran to the story and the guy at the front desk said I couldn't.
