We would like to thank you for the warm welcome we received by Patricia at the front desk when we arrived. She went above and beyond to welcome us to Baltimore! There was another woman at the front desk also that we would like to thank for her kindness, unfortunately we did not get her name. We were in Baltimore for pleasure. The Inner Harbor is approx. a 5 block 10 min walk. The hotel is clean, the breakfast had everything you need from eggs to yogurt, fruit. etc. We walked everywhere but one night we used the shuttle bus to take us into the Inner Harbor. The driver was excellent and was so kind to avoid all the congested areas to get us to the restaurant on time for our reservation. All in all we would definitely return to Baltimore and DEFINITELY stay at this Hotel. Thank you everyone.

The only problem was not being told about not always enough parking spots for parking first come only We had to park on street
with a company car and had to worry about that after driving 6 hours and worried about surgery on Monday.
Besides that all other was great.

My wife was at JHU hopital for a week and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express.
Ok..the negatives...the vending machines were not refilled daily. The Internet was tempermental. The neighborhood was kind of scary. Parking limited. Nothing in the neighborhood to eat or do.
Even with those negatives let me say I will never stay at another hotel when I go to Baltimore. Highlight was the staff. Always a smile. Always postive. I felt at home. I felt welcomed. By the end of the week we were friends on a first name basis. They did everything they could possibly do to help me with my anxieties associated with my wife's surgery. The shuttle service was incredible. I called...and they were right there to pick me up and take me back to the hotel. Never one minute late. Always a smile and a word of encouragement.
The room was very clean and comfortable. I slept like a baby. I called for delivery of food and it was great food that arrived in 20 minutes....every single time. The bed was very cozy.
Like I said...this is my hotel in Baltimore for now on. This staff deserves an award.

Comfortable, very reasonable, and very courteous and comforting staff. The shuttle will take you to hospital and food places (since there are none near the hotel) accept for a small restaurant across the street.
Wifi and refrigerator and microwave were so needed and excellent. My husband had to drink soup all day before his surgery and I could heat it up right there in his room! And for me, there was take out available from local restaurants. I was very happy

We were here for a medical appointment at JohnsHopkins. It was very close and the shuttle took us there and picked us up without any problems. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I will be returning for surgery soon and plan to stay and recover here for about 3 days before heading back to NC. Thank you for making my stay so nice.

I did not realize that the hotel only has 15 parking spots, because I did not book directly with the hotel, instead I went through the website. The hotel is in a not so good neighborhood and I was told that I had to park in the street. Luckily I arrived on a Fri night and there were plenty of empty spaces in front of the hotel, but I had to move my car before noon. The staff was friendly and helped me find a parking spot as well as offering several take out menus (as there is no restaurants nearby).
