room was good but parking was horrible, had a fire alarm wake us up first and told to move my car the second night

Because of impending surgery @ John Hopkins, I can not say that our stay was totally relaxing, but this was not the fault of the hotel. The staff was very helpful in giving directions to restaurants and to the shuttle bus.
Originally, we were scheduled for 2 nights at the hotel, but the surgeon changed that, sending us home early. I had to check out the afternoon of the second day. This was quite nerve-wracking, doing everything in a hurry, but the staff was quite accommodating.

I am a patient at Johns Hopkins and travel 4 plus hours to get to Baltimore. I will be making several trips there within the next six months....another one starting May 26, 2016.
The guest service staff were absolutely wonderful. Audi was extremely helpful and is an excellent member of your team.
