I was given a "Suite because there were no other available rooms. The air conditioning was extremely inadequate so it was very warm. The TV had only 10 available channels. Apparently it was a problem only experienced in that room.
I was given another room three hours after talking to the person at the front desk (Somehow). There was only one person working in the entire hotel which for no fault of hers caused a great deal of delay and discomfort to many people waiting for service. This hotel is short staffed to say the least, and has a couple of basic/fundamental problems that can easily be corrected.

The shuttle drivers knew how to travel around the city well and made pick up back to hotel easy.

I stayed at this hotel while I was having cataract surgery at Johns Hopkins. The staff was excellent. Each was kind, helpful, and considerate. I felt very welcome and well looked after. The shuttle service was excellent. The room was comfortable and the lobby was beautiful. It was great to have coffee or tea always available in the lobby.
