Security team and Drivers of the shuttle were the only thing that was decent and good about this visit. The General Manager was even poor at his job.

Girls at front desk where great! They where helpful and we had a great time. My husband and I used the cruise vacation parking at the hotel and we where happy our car was safe.

Stayed at Holiday Inn so that we could take shuttle to the pier the next morning to board a cruise ship. The shuttle driver never put my son's luggage on the luggage carrier to take to ship. The luggage made it out of the van and to the curb but somehow ended up back in the van. The staff never noticed that the luggage was still in the van until two or three days before we got back. Had to buy him new clothes, shoes etc. on the ship to get him through the week. The staff did not apologize for this error when we returned. The simply laughed it off and were not at all concerned. Very disappointing.

This hotel is always fresh and up to date. The rooms feel new each time I stay here! Great TV's with HDMI capability. As a business traveler, this is key so that I can hook up my laptop to do work instead of staring at my computer screen! Also allows me to relax more and play my Playstation. The internet is also always reliable and fast even during busy times! Close enough to get anywhere quickly without having to be in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend this to anyone coming to Balitmore.

Once again the staff at this hotel has exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for a hotel in the Baltimore area and want to be treated like you matter then I recommend this hotel. It is currently being renovated and even during this the staff is always accommodating and happy to help. The rooms that are renovated are beautiful, the pool is refreshing and the breakfast awesome.. There shuttle drivers get you to where you need to be which in my case is Johns Hopkins Hospital, I have never been late for an appointment yet. If that is not enough reason to stay here if you want entertainment the Horseshoe casino is right next store so watch a show, eat or gamble then go across the street and get a good nights sleep.

The thermostat on the wall controlled the A/C unit. When I went into the room it was ice cold. I tried to turn it up when I came back in later that night. Each time it would go to HEAT when I got up to 70 degrees or more. I kept messing with it until finally it stayed on COOL when I turned up to 72 degrees. Maybe instructions on how to operate would be nice. The room itself was great. This was a perfect Hotel for staying at while playing the slots. They do not, however, allow IHG members to have a checkout later than 12:00pm. Wasnt sure why. All in All, Excellent. Sidney was a great person to deal with at the Front destk and I hope she gets recognition. Our room was not ready at 2:00pm so she stored out luggage & we came back around 3:30pm to check in with all bags together.
