Our room was nice and clean with very little outside noise to disturb us. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast offering was varied and hot. Best hotel breakfast we have ever had. We felt the price for this room and all the little extras was excellent. We were going on a cruise and were very comfortable leaving our car behind for the week in your secured parking lot. Our shuttle driver, Paul was very efficient and helpful, also very friendly and informative. When we called for pick up at the cruise port after our cruise, he gave us an accurate time when he would arrive, which we really appreciated! This stay was an excellent start to our vacation. We liked it so much, we have already made another reservation at the same hotel to do it all over again in March 2016. Looking forward to it!

We stayed at this hotel in late September, 2015, primarily to attend a couple of Jays games at Camden Yards. Although a bit too far to walk, the hotel provides an hourly shuttle to either the Convention Center or Inner Harbor, so it was easy to get to the games. The front desk staff and shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful, especially Tyrone. Despite being on a busy downtown street, the hotel was quiet at night.
Near the football stadium, you can catch the light rail to the airport which is dirt cheap. ($1.70) but don't try this walk if you are lugging suitcases. A cab to the airport is a set $30. The breakfast is included and had all the standard fare, including decent coffee. For the gamblers, a huge casino is right next door. The AC worked really well, almost too cold. Bathroom fixtures a little dated but everything worked well. Very comfortable bed and room came with a fridge.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by steve390 cruise package
This is the second time we used this hotel for their crusie package and it was wonderful. We arrived late due to traffic so we went next door to the casino to eat supper which was convient. The staff were courtious and very professional, the room was quite , comfortable and the tv options were good. In the morning the shower was hot and had alot of pressue. Breakfast was great, omlet, sausage, bacon, biscuts and gravy milk and juice and a clean place to eat. What more could you ask for. With the cruise package we were able to park at the hotel until we returned for a affordable price. The shuttle was perfect getting to and from the port with ease.I would recommend this hotel.

Offering a discounted parking pass would be great for overnight stays.Staffing knowledge at booking needs some improvement regarding shuttles to the airport.. Hotel security outside during hours of darkness to improve the feeling safety.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Bobby D - Richmond Great location for a Cruise and or the Inner Harbor
This is our new preferred hotel when staying in Baltimore. The night before a cruise, a trip to the Inner Harbor ... what ever you need the location is great and the staff is friendly and accommodating.
We want to thank GM Jim P, and AGM Ericka C for working with us to ensure our needs were met for all those traveling in our party! They are both engaging and have a great understanding of what a good Customer Experience is.
We also had a great interaction at check in and want to thank Imanr for her friendly demeanor.
The hotel is clean, and has a nice larger than normal breakfast area. The parking fee for downtown Baltimore is very reasonable and the have reasonably priced Stay and Park packages. They also have a convenient shuttle to the harbor and other places. One could walk to the harbor as well or the cost of a cab is inexpensive if the timing of the shuttle doesn’t work.
This hotel is great to stay the night before a cruise because you can start your vacation right. Visit the Inner Harbor and take in a meal, a paddle boat ride, walk to Federal Hill, shop, even take a boat ride to the birth of the Star Spangled Banner.
While we didn’t attend any games the hotel is blocks away from both Stadiums and is convenient to the Convention Center as well.
We have stayed at other area HI’s and this hotel is superior in the customer experience they provide and the location cannot be beat

Did not expect to stay the night was glad the Holiday Inn Express had a room available. The AC kept the room at a comfortable temp, however it was a little noisy.
