Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and priced right Directly next to Horseshoe Casino. Clean, Friendly hotel at a great price. Offering free continental breakfast which was a great surprise. Coffee, Juice, eggs, pancakes, sausage, ham, cereal, bagels and fresh fruit. Friendly staff. July 2, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Very Outdated and Dirty The carpet in the room in which we stayed was totally disgusting. It was stained, dirty and smelly. The furniture was scratched, damaged and unappealing. The air conditioning unit made loud noises off an on throughout the entire night. There was also considerable street noise. The front desk employee was preoccupied and unprofessional. There was no smile or greeting. The one good thing about our stay was the shuttle and driver - he was personable and professional. I cannot recommend this hotel. July 2, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by cruise parking I chose this hotel because they advertised that my car could be left parked at the hotel and utilize the hotel shuttle service to the cruise port. I appreciated that willingness to extend parking to their guests for the duration. When the confirmation was received, it appears that what they were offering was 1/2 price parking over the daily parking rate. Had I known that, I would probably driven and parked at the cruiseport for about the same cost and would have been quicker to exit after getting off the ship. No waiting for the shuttle to come and pick us up and return to the hotel. June 30, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor parking and terrible food The front desk staff were not friendly on check in and you couldn't understand what she said. The parking spaces are extremely small and the handicap row if you don't park you have to back up the entire row. The breakfast was cold. The business center printer didn't print and when it did it was out of ink. The a/c in the room didn't cool the room. The construction outside started at 6:30 am. June 24, 2015
