Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The bed of comfort I had been driving for about 10 hours and when I got to the hotel all I wanted to do was take shower and hit the sack. I thought the bed would be average and I thought my back would be hurting the next morning. To my surprise the bed was just as comfortable as the bed at home. I don't remember going to sleep I just remember wakening up without a backache. Great job Holiday Inn. December 8, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good Location Front desk Rude The room was just ok as far as cleanliness . There was hair in the tub . I was there for the casino , my problem was check in and the rude staff member . We were early and were told to come back and check in at 3pm ( which I understand ) came back at 3:50pm we were rudely told the room was not ready yet we needed to wait . Sat on the couch for 30 minutes and at the point simply asked how long they think it may be as we may just go back to the casino and come back again . The front desk agent said ( like we were bothering her ) I dont know I am waiting just like you . She did not appear to like her job and I could see her treating every guest this way . It is unacceptable for a employee of the Holiday Inn to act this way . I am going back to the casino and was planning on staying there agin but I believe I will choose another hotel .
