Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good stay except for noisy neighbours We liked the hotel, its situation and convenience and the staff were polite and helpful. Just unfortunate that on this occasion we had noisy neighbours in the room next door starting at 03:30am. The noise stopped the minute our alarm went off at 06:00 am! We did not suffer this problem during our earlier stay at the hotel. Another annoying point is that there was no washing powder available in the laundry room. We had to search local shops without success before buying it downtown. Then the drying machine took about 2 hours before we gave up and had to pack damp clothes. August 25, 2015

The level of customer service and appreciation that I've experienced at this location is consistent and stands out only because even baseline customer service and appreciation is not exercised by enough businesses. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by I do not recommend this property I did not receive the room I booked and paid for and the bathroom was not cleaned satisfactorily. Upon contacting the front desk I was told the hotel was booked when moments earlier when I was in the lobby the agent advised someone on the phone that he had upgraded their room. The way he was speaking led me to believe he had done a personal favor for someone and I would like to know if that person received the room I paid for? August 20, 2015
