Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Lovely room but a few down sides. The room was really nice and clean, however no plug sockets near the bed to charge phones. The bed was really comfy and I slept really well. Until the early morning where I was awoken due to the room opposite mine having a small dog barking quite loudly. We had heard the dog the night before also when we arrived at the hotel to sleep. In the morning the breakfast was fine, however there was not much choice, especially for a cooked breakfast. Basically just beans, sausages and toast. November 13, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by EXCELLENT SERVICE AND COMFORT I usually stay once or twice a month at your hotel and I must say I always feel welcomed by the staff, (Wayne, Alex, Kayleigh and others). Hotel is clean and comfortable with friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel to others. The bar is open till late, and you can relax at the bar area and watch telly or chill out in your room with peace and quiet. Always enjoy my stay here. November 7, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Quiet, comfortable bed, excellent location The Holiday Inn Banbury lived up to our expectations in all things with the exception of the service at the Reception Desk. No-one on the desk at check-in and no-one available on the desk during the breakfast period. When staff eventually arrived they were very polite, helpful and efficient.
