Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Immediate Improvement Needed I stayed in this hotel when they first opened in last September. Experience was good. However, there were several hiccups throughout my recent stay in this hotel. Rooms are generally same size and small, so make no difference for Gold Elite. Front desk staff were not as helpful as compared to other hotels. Breakfast is almost a disaster, i hope they could improve the menu.The fried rice and eggs should be taken down from the menu. Holiday Inn Express Siam serves fried flat noodles, that can be DIY into Pad Thai. Their scramble eggs and omelette tasted awful, i wish they could consider boiled egg or sunny side-up for a change. The most irritating part is the room sound proof, so poor that I can hearthe guests opposite my room quarrelling and shouting at midnight hour. Despite several calls, the front desk did nothing to stop the scene and it went on for another hour. With more and more notorius tourists from one particular country coming in, I hope they could always keep alert so the other guests experience are not impaired or compromised. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Convenience and accommodating staff I have been staying at your hotel on Soi Pipat, Bangkok, once every week since mid-August, 2014. It is only 4 minutes from my business venue and 1 minute from the BTS. Hence, convenience underpins the continuation of my visits. In addition, the staff is outstanding. Every single staff at the front desk speaks English quite well. I have stayed at 5-star hotels in which the front desk personnel's command of English was less than desired. As long as I continue my business endeavors in Bangkok, I shall remain constant in my visits to your facility. January 27, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by There's Nothing Not To Love About This Hotel Location: superb. 2-minute walk to BTS Chong Nonsi. 7-11 & 24-hour McDonald's nearby. Room: Super clean, spotless. Beds very comfortable, with firm and soft pillows. Lots of natural light in the room & lobby. Toilet is clean and new. Only minor issue was the water pressure of the shower. Its a tad too low to enjoy your shower. Otherwise everything in the room is lovely. Towels clean and soft. Breakfast: Because its free, you cant really complain. All the basics (cereal, dairy, juices, fruits, pastry, 1-2 savoury dishes) are provided. Nonetheless it tastes good. Staff: Very friendly. Very welcoming. Special mention to To-ey for the speedy check-in and acknowledging me as an IHG Gold Elite member. Gave me hotel address cards just in case I need to show the taxi drivers my hotel. Check-out was equally breezy, they'll assist you to call your cabs so you wont have to walk out and hail one on your own. A true gem in the Sois of Sathron. Will definitely return. January 24, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Location and Staff Attentiveness This hotel is easily accessible by BTS (Chong Nong Si Station). Staff is very attentive. The reception greeted and acknowledge you as an IHG club member. They will also greet you when you come out from the lift or waiting for the lift. The Bell Boy is also very friendly. January 21, 2015
