Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable room When I have first booked the hotel, I have basic expectations of the hotel as it is an express hotel. First impression when I step into the hotel is that it is neat and clean, security guards have been helpful with unloading my luggages off the taxi. However, the checkin counter is a nightmare. There's no queue and everyone is trying to get the counter staff to query on their room queries. It took me a good 30mins to check in and get into my room. But well, at least the room didn't disappoint. Good room size and smell-free room. It is just that when we sleep at night then we realise that the comforter are stained with bloodstains. We have commented to the counterstaff the next morning and when we are back in the afternoon. The set of bedsheets and everything have been changed. As for breakfast, it is a basic breakfast to kick start the day. However, the staff in the breakfast area have been very nice and not give me a nasty look when I ask to do "breakfast on the go". Overall, there's hits and misses from the hotel. But the price and location is something you can't complain about. April 15, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable stay but poor handling of deposit for hotel stay. Overall pleasant stay. The room is clean and tidy. Moreover, the hotel is located just few steps away from BTS. The only negative remark is that the deposit for the hotel stay was charged directly to my credit card and was told by the staff that it will take as long as 1-mth to revert the charges. I have stayed in numerous hotels in the past and such hotel stay deposit was never charged to my credit card. This caused a lot of inconveniences and unnecessary credit card bill issues to the customer. The hotel needs to improve on this. April 12, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Attentive staffs The location of this hotel is ok. The air conditioner in my room is not cold especially in the extreme hot and humid weather. Different hotel staffs gave me different price to the floating market 2000 bath and the other gave 1,500 bath but is still expensive. My friend told me 1,200 is reasonable. Try not to take taxi and tut-tut, they charged too much. A trip from the hotel to the Grand Palace on a meter taxi cost 71Bath but most of these taxi said 200bath without meter. If they know that you are a tourist, they always charged extremely high. Bangkok is a city that you always bargain from 30 to 70%. April 12, 2015
