wall separating room too thin - toilet flushing in adjoining room can be heard. Breakfast spread below standard compared with many Bangkok hotels I've stayed in. - no freshly cooked eggs.
No IHG benefits accorded. only commendable staff was the doorman.
will not repeat stay at this hotel - a far cry from a very satisfied stay at Holiday Inn, Chiangmai -see separate review submitted.

I am a customer member , when i check in a staff told me i can have a late check out but when the day i check out the staff told me this time you can have a late check out not next time, i don't understand make me confused,

Good value for money. Conveniently located within walking distance to major shopping areas and to Train stop. Breakfast can be boring.

Overall excellent staff service.
Hot water in shower was not consistent. Can be hot one moment and cold the next.
Ceiling in shower cabin was beginning to show signs of peeling.
F&B - can consider offering creamer, evaporated milk or hot milk for coffee. Both were not available when requested from staff, which was disappointing as it was difficult to believe that such basic request were not available in Bangkok.
