We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.The room is clean and comfortable. Only setback is that the breakfast variety is the same almost everyday and food quality is just average.
Service staff are helpful and polite and the breakfast room staff are very efficient too. we also saw the manager helping out to clear the tables quickly for quests to have their breakfast.
This hotel would be perfect if there is a swimming pool.
We would recommend our friends and relatives to stay here.Will definitely be back again.

Good hotel value for money and comfort. The view was awesome from hotel. The lifts were secured with access card.

Here is my very clear feedback, and it is in large part because of frequent feedbacks in the past 5 years (keycards fail, safe doesn't work, front desk cannot be reached - always too busy, hot water fails etc etc etc) that I have
- stopped paying for stays in IHG hotels (although I continue to redeem my points, and the below stay is once such)
- ceased to be be an Ambassador
- STOPPED accumulating points that even qualify me in Elite, but you took the matter into your own hands and gave me Elite Status anyway
I wish to state:

- the stay as always very consistently with all my previous stays, was marked with 'incidents'. in this particular stay namely:
a) the shower room design is flawed. Money does not flow from one end to the other, resulting in accumulation on the floor
b) on the second evening, we returned to the room and discovered that the electricity was switched off totally. nothing could work including the phone. I went to the front desk to report this issue,
c) WIFI - we had a few devices in the room, and there is apparently a 'device connection limit'. But even after we logged off everything, some of the devices just could not get on.
This Holiday Inn Express experience is TOO consistent with many many many of my past experiences. Hence you lost an Platinum Ambassador.

der service und die einrihtung sind auch hervorragend.
das beste wat jedoch die bettwäsche, so super angenehm!

选择了siam这家，主要是为了购物方便，可以走路去siam center ，mbk，做轻轨也非常方便，可惜给的楼层有点低，虽然已经要求了要较高楼层
