Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by The Services are inconsistent with other IHE I stayed I stayed at IHE all over the world. But I found the services of this IHE are inconsistent with the others in the bad way. The maid services were inconsistent. One day they gave some tea bags and extra towels. Another day they gave no tea bags and only 2 towels. The room card keys were inconsistently working in the morning and not working in the afternoon and I had to get back to the front desk on a daily basis to ask a new card. They claimed it on my mobile phone. The breakfast is inconsistent with other IHEs, they do not have any hot items. Their computer is inconsistent. I booked with prepaid rate online with a credit card and they confirmed it at check in. But at check out time the hotel claimed that I did not pay. I had to go online to my bank to check for the credit card transaction while my airport taxi was waiting. It was so incontinent and it never happened to me at any hotels. Some other improvements are needed. The bathroom has black strains on the floor titles and the bathtub. It seemed that the hotel put all the guests to the 6th floor. Beside the noise from the hall way and I heard the street noise with the window closed. I wonder how much air condition leaked and wasted this way. The entrance is on the ground level is unattended while the reception is on the first floor. I saw a couple making out behind the sofa on the ground floor. They need some security cameras and room card readers for the lifts. May 14, 2015
