Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by It might be hot outside but this hotel gives good service We stayed on our way from Las Vegas to Santa Barbara and found everything first class in the hotel. The room was large, the bed comfortable and the staff very friendly. Everything was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. Our only problem was finding the hotel as you have to pass through Barstow before you reach the hotel. Suggest when sending out confirmation of booking instructions on the exit from the freeway should be included September 18, 2014

Quiet, secure hotel, served early breakfast which was helpful since we needed an early start. Always love these hotels. September 17, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Bad Stay My stay at this hotel was very bad. There was a noisy family with a yelping dog that kept me awake until the early morning hours. I complained to management but all they came up with was to move "ME" to another room. I declined the suggested fix for the problem as it was too late and I was in bed. On another note, the pool was not working and the pool area furniture old and worn to the point that there are holes in most of the furniture. I am a loyal IHG customer and this was my worst experience. September 15, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by EXCELLENT service by front desk clerk. After being on the road headed south on the I 15 from Utah for over 12 hours I was very tired. I was headed to Central Ca. I took the exit for Hwy 58 got lost, called the front desk got directions, got back on the road. I didn't understand that I was supposed to head to San Bernadino, so again took the exit for Hwy 58. Called again, explained where I was. He and I laughed when he reminded me that he didn't say "Take Hwy 58". So I listened more carefully, got back on the road found the hotel. I walked he he greeted me with a nice friendly smile and said "May I Help You". I introduced myself, he looked up at me and we BOTH laughed about the events of the evening. He made sure that I had EVERYTHING that I needed. He also explained very clearly about everything, luggage cart, room location, breakfast, where I could walk my pets, etc. I do not remember his name except Mr. Wonderful. September 14, 2014

Room – Very clean and comfortable. Had a great night of sleep. Meals – Very good breakfast plus they had a very nice dinner. Surrounding Area – Outlet Mall is about all there is – wife loved it.
