We checked into the hotel and we were ilnto the room within a few minutes, the room was quiet and adequate for our needs. Very clean and the breakfast was great. We were so relaxed after our one night stay at your location.

Stayed in a Deluxe King room. It was spacious, a very comfortable bed, very good hot breakfast, and a great value (we did take advantage of an Internet deal). We'd stay there again should we pass that way in the future.

I usually ignore survey requests but this one I could not pass up. The hotel was excellent in every way. The staff were most helpful and made you feel valued as a customer. The room was lovely and well appointed. The breakfast had lots of choice. Well done Holiday Inn!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel except they only provided a refrigerator half the size it should have been!! The freezer was almost non- existent. The counter space was designed for a refrigerator twice its size. My wife has special dietary needs which are not always available in restaurants. As a result, she has to bring her own food as we travel across America.

Barstow's Holiday Inn Express on Lenwood Drive was our oasis for our return travel trip home. The Staff was very friendly, courteous, professional and helpful. Our room was very clean, nice & comfortable. I would gladly recommend this location to anyone needing a place to stay and re-energize. The location is near to restaurants, gas stations and most importantly Starbucks and a shopping mall ! We continued our travel refreshed and re-energized the next day.

The accommodation and the breakfast were excellent. Also
it was nice to be able to go to the dining room for a cup of tea or an orange juice if and when we pleased (at no additional charge).
We would not hesitate to stay here again and would certainly recommend it to all fellow travellers.

We stayed here 4 times, coming and going on two back to back road trips. We returned to this particular hotel so many times because of the quality of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. We were greeted by name each time after our first visit, and had a very nice experience with the helpful staff. Nichole does a great job at the front desk, and the hotel is beautifully decorated and top notch. We like this location because it is in a nicer part of Barstow near the outlet center and there are nice restaurants nearby. This hotel always has cookies and the pool is beautiful. We felt so at home there. Seriously, I wish I had a reason to go to Barstow again just to stay at my favorite HI Express!
