Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing stay Friendly, helpful staff at check in. Room was disappointing. Uncomfortable plastic mattress pad on the bed, we had to remove it to sleep comfortably. The heating/air condition unit was very noisy. Only two poor quality towels were provided. Poor quality breakfast. January 7, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Service poor So bad I canceled this weeks stay there changed to Candlewood Suites. 4 of us Had to wait while lady made reservation on phone to get room. No paper at door on Thur along with had to check out at desk at 6:30 on Thur no fast checkout at door. Bad selection of food same thing all 3 days. sausage patty,eggs, bisket. no fat free milk one day. Glad this was not first time I had stayed at a Holiday Inn Express or I would not stay again. SORRY but I have never had this bad a stay at Holiday Inn November 14, 2012
