Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great service, clean and comfortable rooms On arriving we were effeciently checked in. The first room we were given had an A/C unit not working properly. We called the front desk and was quickly provided another room. Good service can be easy when all goes well. Great service is how solutions are found when a not so perfect situation arises. Well done! Both rooms were at the same standard of cleanliness and comfort that we have come to know from Holiday Inn Express. The breakfast area was very roomy and accommodating. Nice selections of fruits, cereals, bagels, breads, pancakes, and beverages. Hot choices and nice beverage selection. Good selections for the diabetic in my family, also. July 24, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by What Happened? Let’s start with the good! Rooms and hotel were clean, as always. Breakfast was good, again as always. BUT… the staff this time was the worst I have ever had anywhere. I have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Bartlesville many times. In fact this was the hotel that I signed up as an IHG Rewards member at. I do not know what happened to the customer service this time. The lady at the front desk at check in was rude, never got up out of the chair. Did not place me in a room with a fridge, even though the reservation was for one. Did not “know how” to add my rewards points to my account. Did not ensure that my rewards points were added, (the gentleman who was there at 5 a.m. when I came down had to). And since she did not do that I had to check out which caused me to run late. She did not offer me a water or the bonus 300 points, (which are still not added to my account), nor did the gentleman in the morning. In fact both of them acted like they did not know what I was talking about. Over all my stay was good, but the issues with no fridge in my room, the rewards points, and the outright rudeness of the desk personal made it a soso stay this time. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Clean room and great staff. The roomwas clean, bed was comfortable, and the staff was great. The breakfast choices could be better, but that goes for all the HIE. The internet service was horrible. The three nights I stayed here, there was no internet service. I could not use my computer in my room. July 20, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Would not recommend The front desk staff we think was filling in. They were not knowledgeable about the rooms or the area, We were never acknowledge as Priority Club members. The room we were given was too far for my husband to walk ( we had requested a room close to the elevator). Then we were told we would be upgraded to a king suite that was next to the elevator. It was not a king suite, but a standard room with no microwave or refrigerator. The room seemed small and dark. Overall it was not what we are used to with Holiday Inn Express. We will definitely not stay there again. July 8, 2014
