Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Missing Points Overall my experience was less than what I would expect from this type of accommodation. The facility is starting to show its age, and is in need of some TLC. The Management needs to tell their guest to stop smoking just outside of the front door of the facility. You have to walk through a cloud of smoke when you come and go through the front doors. I was also promised that I would receive 1000 points due to the Front Desk Clerk not acknowledging my status when I checked in, and I only received 500 points in my account from this property. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasant stay Friendly, accommodating staff, clean, modern rooms and a general high-quality feel made our stay a good one. The one downside is that the value for the price paid per night was not there. Maybe it's because of a lack of competition, but I thought the nightly rate should have been at least 10 percent lower. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by HI Bartow-Great overnight Great little hotel for a quick overnight. We had trouble finding a good hotel near Legoland Park so we found this 20 minutes away. Worth the drive. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Very clean property. Can't say enough good things about the staff from William at the front desk to the little girl doing the breakfast buffet. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by john deere Everything was great. nice staff, room was clean and large. beds were comfy. the only negative is the walls are a bit thin so you can hear the next person talking and the street noise was loud. The eggs were a little watery but the selection of food choices was large. Will stay again if in the area! February 22, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by good rooms, service needs to improve The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is ok and at average level of HIEs. As platinum member I was offered 500 welcome points, and I even received a receipt for that, but they never appeared at my account. When we stayed at this hotel one week later again, I was offered again 500 welcome points and got a receipt for that points. I complained that the points for the stay in the previous week were not allocated, and the receptionist promised to take care about both point allocations. Both welcome points were not allocated.
