Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Needs work We checked in and when we tried the internet in our room it would not connect. Staff told me it worked fine in the lobby. He was right it worked in the lobby but not strong enough of a signal in our room. The heating system kicked in every 15 minutes, it was set at 65 and it was very loud. We were in room 111. Other than that the hotel was okay. December 17, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by incomplete service For two days in a row, the coffee was not replaced or pot emptied or the old coffee cups and pods taken away. I mentioned it twice to the front desk. To their credit they followed up on the 2nd day to get it taken care of on the 3rd day. December 9, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Overall an excellent Hotel Rooms were really large and clean. Nice people. Clean Hotel. We were on the 1st floor so we could hear the highway but not so much that it would be a problem for sleeping. Mattresses are a bit saggy in the middle (ie not flat) for some reason but I was still able to sleep without problem. December 5, 2014
