Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and Comfortable We went to a concert at Darien Lake and did not want to drive all the way home afterwards. We chose the Holiday Inn because we have had good experiences with them in the past and they did not disappoint this time. It was a bit pricey for just a place to crash for the night. However if you are looking to stay longer and want to take full advantage of all the amenities then it is definitely worth the price. August 26, 2014

Although completely out of Holiday Inn's control freeway noise is excessive, leaving the fan running all night pretty much tuned all of that out. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Very Clean and good service (for the most part) We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel was very clean the pool was nice and the breakfast was very good. Our only disappointment was one person working the front desk seemed to be overwhelmed, not very knowledgeable of some of the hotel practices and quite forgetful. It took me 2 days to make the reservation, she kept putting me on hold telling me she was very busy and the computer was slow so I told her I would call back later. I called back the next day and asked to be booked with my family in a block of rooms for a wedding. She told me I would have to be put in one room the first night and then move to another the next day I said that was not acceptable so she put me in one room but told me we would have to sign out in the AM and re-register for the 2nd day. When I got to the hotel and told the guy at the desk what I had to do he said he would take care of that for us... fixed it so we could just pay for the 2 nights and be done with it. The next morning she called our room to see if we were extending our stay...Grrr. We were not the only people that week end..the stories of such goings on with the same person got to be a joke with all of us...every time someone would tell us another story we would all say "Poor___(persons name). I would stay there again but would definitely ask for a different CS Rep. Oh, by the way, all of the other staff were excellent! Thanks August 13, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable and clean, room was excellent I was very impressed upon arrival and super excited when I saw the size of our room, staff was friendly and accommodating. This hotel was miles above our stay at Days Inn in the same area. However there were a few drawbacks to our stay. Children running around the hotels can be heard throughout the halls, elevator broke and my mom who walks with a walker had to walk up and down the stairs for a day or be stuck in the room and the housekeeping staff needs to change the bed linen more than once in three days. Rugs need to be cleaned in elevator and hall ways. Other than this I was say this is one of the better hotels in the area. August 11, 2014
