Overall clean and attentive staff. Had a hard time getting in touch with the front desk, but just walked down and got my need met. I would stay here again.

This location was clean, neat, well-decorated and comfortable. The staff were courteous and attentive. And my 9 year old son was smug about having made me choose to stay here instead of at the less-expensive, but also much lower quality location nearby.

By far the best place to stay in Batesville. The staff are exceptionally kind and caring. All our needs were met quickly and with a smile. We felt welcome and at home during our entire stay. Breakfast was always delicious with an excellent variety. Due to losing our home in a fire, we had an extended stay, and the staff always made us feel right at home and like family. A huge thank you to all of them for going the extra mile in making our stay there way beyond awesome. You all made our stay the greatest.

The front desk had to literally restart my check-in process three times (blamed the computers), still managed to not acknowledge my rewards status, didn't enter it on my folio for rewards purposes (had to file a claim for lost points), nor offered anything despite me placing my rewards card squarely on the counter along with my credit card and AAA card.
My wife asked three times about our AAA discount without so much as an acknowledgement of her question.
The room was very clean. The bathtub however didn't drain, the bed was hard, the AC unit would cycle on and off every four minutes, which kept us up - unless we wanted to either freeze or burn up and turn it off. Breakfast was only average.
I travel for business extensively and always try to stay with the IHG brands, but this vacation stay was a bust.
