This should be evaluated in general, as this speed is becoming less a service but a more standard in hotels. February 28, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Comfortable bed and quick service I used this hotel whilst travelling on business and found it to be perfectly functional for my needs. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great value and location Great hotel, staff and location. Got off the train at Oldfield park, then a ten minute stroll to the hotel. Bath town centre is about another 10 minute walk which takes you through the old Green Park station en route. The room was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also good with a fair variety. I would recommend this hotel, for leisure and business user. Also try the mint room Indian restaurant across the road, it was really nice and the staff were great. February 26, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly place to stay This hotel provides value and a pleasant stay. The staff are excellent. They are welcoming, friendly and will do all they can to help and make your stay enjoyable. We normally prefer staying in a Holiday Inn but used the Express because of the location. The downside of that is that none of the rooms have a bath (they have an efficient shower) and the choice of breakfast does not include a full English. February 21, 2015
