Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to stay Stayed for 2 nights with some friends to celebrate a 50th birthday...wonderful location, easy walking distance to centre, staff very friendly & helpful, room extremely comfortable & well equipped, breakfast was good & ample to keep us going till coffee & cake time. Can't understand any gripes about this hotel!!! I will definitely stay again when I come back with my hubby. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so enjoyable & relaxing :-) June 17, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Central Location, just 10 minute walk into Bath Centre Stayed here for a 2nd time when visiting our daughter at the University of Bath. Very good central location, just a 10 minute level walk into Bath. Parking is available at a cost, but is a lot less hassle than finding somewhere to park in the city centre. Staff were very friendly, rooms consistently clean. Would highly recommend. Bath is an expensive place to stay and this represented good value for money for the location. We had paid more to stay in local B&B's that weren't as good. I look forward to returning. June 10, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Recent stay We use this hotel fairly often and have noticed changes over the past years. The rooms are clean with the facilities you would expect of a Holiday Inn. The main change we noticed during this stay was the improvement with the breakfast, much improved but it would be even better if the time could be extended from 9.30 am to 10 am Car parking has got more expensive but we will stay again May 26, 2013

The staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for all the above reasons. May 25, 2013

Most hotels in Bath require a 2 night stay on the weekend. We were able to get just the one night we needed. Room was clean, shower hot, bed comfortable, and room quiet. May 22, 2013
