The room is always clean and everything works. The bathroom lighting is awesome. The staff is always friendly and helps with anything special I may need. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Extra helpful staff We have stayed at this HIE several times. The desk staff is very efficient. The breakfast staff always makes you feel welcome and seems to want to please you with the breakfast choices. My suggestion for improvement is to get rid of the "fan" that is blowing perfumed air into the pre-lobby area. I have to hold my breath and run from outside through the entrance to the front desk. I don't know if the piped in air is to mask some smell, but it is so strongly perfumed that it makes you sick to your stomach. Once past that, the hotel is clean, quiet, and in a good location. They always have comfortable beds, well-designed bathroom areas, and friendly staff.
