Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 nice breakfast and great food service staff We discovered no towels in the pool area after we were already wet, so check 1st to see if you need to bring some from your room. We stayed on the 1st floor near the lobby and it was very noisy. We could hear people talking every morning early. Trouble sleeping due to hearing footsteps on July 8, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay This was our first time to stay at this Holiday Inn Express and it won't be our last. The staff was friendly and helpful. The layout and the cleanliness of the property was great. I especially liked the way that the breakfast area was also accessible as a lounge area with a TV and fireplace, this gave it a homey feel. The way a company maintains their property can say a lot about them. July 3, 2014

I also have to say that Leilani is a wonderful employee. She is friendly, attentive, and made sure that I was completely satisfied with my stay. She could be a model for all employees. July 1, 2014

I am a little disappointed that an IHG member only gets an offer of an "early checkout", as opposed to a cold water or snack in your room. Anyone can get an early checkout and you have now diminished the membership. June 16, 2014
