Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Clean and Comfortable The hotel was easy to find and was close to our reason for being there. Clean and comfortable and the room was very spacious. We loved it and wished we had more time to enjoy it. October 28, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Worst check in experience and unfriendly Traveled all day only to meet Jessica at check in. Worst experience I've ever had and I travel every week being a corporate trainer. Will never go back there. Rude, sarcastic, and obnoxious night clerk named Jessica. If I hadn't traveled for 14 hrs that day and it wasn't 10pm I would have turned around and left that hotel. Other unfriendly people too but she was the worst. Management needs to see how their employees are treating people. Remember you are in the hospitality business. You just lost me and 5 people from my department for a ten day stay in two weeks. That's just the tip of the iceberg. At breakfast the orange juice came out as water and coffee had grounds in it. For a fairly high price on your rooms there wasn't anything even close to be a cut above anyone else. October 25, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by RI Awesome hotel. Top of HI express list. Especially staff!!! The only negative is that horrible hot breakfast they serve at all HI expresses. Are those eggs real? I doubt it, and why so much cheese in those omelettes? The new smoked sausage was OK, but, nothing to brag about. October 23, 2014

We were pleased with the cleanliness, the kindness of the staff, and convenient location! We would recommend it and would stay there again when we visit! October 22, 2014

All the staff made their best effort to accommodate us the entire stay of five days. Excellent breakfast and dining made it a pleasure for all of us to start out day. Looking forward to our return. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Breakfast was wonderful. Attendent in breakfast room gave us hints on how to get to highway we were looking for to get out of city. Said she used "secret ingredient" in gravy when I told her how good it was. After I had called to make this reservation , I was told the hotel was full but the desk clerk took my phone number and called me back later that day to inform me that they did have a room available. I was very appreciative. The only problem with the bathroom was that when using the handicap shower, despite the shower curtain, water would flow out on the bathroom floor and make the floor slick.
