The gentleman that checked us in was very polite and friendly. He asked if he could help us find anything in town, and gave us great directions. Room was clean and welcoming.

Had a great stay, very clean and updated. Kids enjoyed the pool (was a little cool) but they enjoyed it. Breakfast had a lot of options. Would stay here again.

We were in town for a family graduation party at the hotel. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. It was convenient to let the kids play at the pool before and after the party. The breakfast had a variety of items and the great room allowed all our extended family to gather and enjoy breakfast. It was a great weekend.

Staff is always helpful and accommodating. The rooms have been upgraded and are really nice. This hotel has the best managers reception every Mon-Thur!
This is a great IHG property and the best hotel in the area.

The rate which was quoted to me when I reserved for 2 nights was honored the first night. However, the rate for the 2nd night was increased by $20 with no notice to us. We were told this was the common practice and was based on room availability. The man at the front desk was rude, was new and not able to make any correction. He contacted a manager by phone who led him through a correction and reduced the 2nd night to the rate originally quoted.
If this is a policy of Holiday Inn Express to arbitrarily increase rates I would caution anyone reserving to check before hand or be surprised with a much larger bill than expected. Perhaps this is only a policy of the Beatrice, Nebraska Holiday Inn Express.

Definitely be sure you are talking with the front desk when making reservations. I got siphoned off to some place and my room rate was going to be more than the stated amount on the website. Finally got back to the front desk and it was taken care of. It was a weird deal as far as I was concerned.
I do not want this published, but couldn't find another place to share this experience.
