Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Air Conditioning The Beaumont Oak Valley hotel was very nice, but it did not have central air conditioning, just an individual room air conditioner which are rather noisy. otherwise I would have classified it as Excellent. September 7, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible Staff I was called down to the lobby at 3 in the morning for my payment so the night shift worker could close his shift. Woke up us to get money really. When we complained the next morning the staff was very rude and didn't seem to think that calling at 3am was wrong. I would not stay there again due to the lack of concern or care about respect for their guest. September 5, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent well maintained and clean property The room we had was pleasantly more than expected; very spacious with a pull out couch in addition to the two beds. Not even a hint of wear anywhere in the room.The breakfast area was very large with lots of tables so that you have no difficulty getting a place to sit. The breakfast menu is standard Holiday Inn Express which is why we only rated it good rather than excellent as it did not have any special additions to select from. However that should be looked upon as quite nice though. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. May 5, 2013

I guess it was "golf season" also and people were playing golf in their rooms at 1:30am it was ridiculous. We had to ask for extra towels and extra shampoo and conditioner several times even though we requested it. It was not the best experience. April 13, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Good front desk people, but but very loud hotel The hotel is right next to the freeway and is very loud, all night long, I kept waking up. I asked the front desk about it, and they said my room was one of the quietest! I asked about the hospitality gaurentee, and they said I'd have to talk to a manager, it was the weekend, so they called me back Monday and offered me 2,000 Priotiy Club points, which is not enough for one night, let alone two nights. Not a good hotel if you like a quits night rest. December 15, 2012

We wanted to be close to shopping outlets, yet in a nice hotel such as this with a very reasonable rate. The room was just great, having two Queen beds and a separate sitting area with sofa, table, and chairs. It had everything we needed and we would stay again. October 21, 2012
