My experience at this location was good. The hotel and the room were clean. The staff is friendly, they seem to try their best to accommodate guest but need to do a better job at recognizing IHG members. The gym needs attention, both treadmills were not working during my stay. The breakfast selections are good, however the attendant needs to make sure throughout the morning that restocking is done in a timely manner. Overall, my stay was good and I would stay at this location again.

This is one of the worst Holiday Inn Express' I have stayed at. It is the only IHG property close to my current work site and I like the points, which is the only reason I stay there. The front desk clerk is extremely rude. The breakfasts are always late. The faucet in the bathroom in the last room I stayed in was not mounted properly and was loose. No cookies or goody bags for Priority Club Members. Boo Hiss.

My Stay for a week was great. The Employees were very helpful and courteous. Housekeeping did a great job. Will stay there again on my next trip next month. This was my first stay at this location.

My wife and I went to Beaumont for a wedding and stayed 5 nights at this Holiday Inn Express. We had no problem finding it. We checked in at 10:00 Pm and immediately hit the very comfortable
beds. Every chance we got we went back to the room and rested.
The breakfasts were very good and the hostess very attentive.
I would personally recommend this Motel to all.

This is the second time that I have stayed at this property. I am a Platinum Elite member and have yet to be recognized for that. The only reason I have stayed here is because it's located close to the area that I have to work in for business. There is another Holiday Inn in this area that I've stayed at before and I will probably go back there on future trips. They are a little farther away, but they always make me feel welcome when I'm there. They're also a little more expensive, but at the end of the day it's probably worth it.

My wife and I stay at Holiday Inn Express whenever we travel and as always this was a great experience. the Service and room were excellent and the folks were very friendly and made sure we were comfortable.

I stayed at Beaumont NW Parkdale Mall for over 10 days and had to change rooms because of scheduling. The chair in room 303 would fall down to it's lowest setting each time I leaned back in the chair. I asked 3 times to replace the chair and the staff didn't listen to my request. The last time I asked for a chair replacement I was told it probably would not happen.
I had to ask 2 times to have the burnt out light in my bathroom replaced. It was replaced on my second request but why did I have to ask 2 times?
The towel bar would fall down each time I took a towel off the bar. I placed the towel bar on the floor so the maid would know there was a problem. When I came back to my room the bar and towels were in the correct position. I thought the towel bar had been repaired and I grabbed a towel. The towel bar and towels fell to the floor and the sharp end of the towel bar hit my foot.
I hid the towel bar in a closet to send a hint to the maid and she responded by short changing me a wash cloth and towel. When I checked out I brought the towel bar to the front desk and told the manager about the problem I had.
The manager didn't apologize for the problem and looked at me like I was a pain in the butt.
I have stayed at Beaumont NW Parkdale Mall several time and it is my favorite place to stay. If I stay again and the service is as bad as my last visit I will stay at another Hotel.
