Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Awful Service When I checked in, the front desk clerk seemed like I was bothering her or keeping her from something. She was very dismissive. I asked for a room on the top floor and without even looking up she told me no, sorry they were sold out and there were no other rooms. It was only 5pm and I know all the rooms were not already checked in. The least she could do is pretend to look for something or look at me when she spoke to me. She gave me my room card and said nothing about the hotel services, etc. Since I stay with Holiday Inn exclusively and travel a lot, I collect the points. Since Claire, the front desk clerk did not welcome me as a Rewards Member, I mentioned that I was enrolled in their rewards program and I would like the Amenity points as opposed to the bottle of water. She interrupted me and said she was just getting to that. She also felt the need to argue with me about whether I was a Gold member or a Platinum member. Since I come to the area at least once per month, I was hoping to find a hotel with great service that I could regularly count on for a good stay. This isn’t it. I will be taking my business to another area hotel and maybe it’s even time to leave Holiday Inn altogether. September 26, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by beaumont we stayed 2 nights. overall the facility was clean, quiet and nice. our room however, smelled like mildew and there were coffee stains in the bathroom sink that we cleaned. the staff was very helpful and attentive. breakfast was ok. i would stay there again if needed. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly service, very reasonable accomodations From the start at the checkout desk, the spirit of helpfulness was in evidence. On the first night, the front desk did not seem to know about my stay of three days, but it wasn't because that person did anything wrong. The needed information was not put into the computer system. However, Linda fixed the problem the next morning, and everything from that point on was very satisfactory. I will be using the hotel three nights a week indefinitely, while working with a Beaumont business as a senior management consultant. September 4, 2015
