Staff is very friendly and always willing to help us. We needed roll-away bed for our daughter. Even though it was late, they came and set it up for us. It was very clean. Even the swimming pool area. Great breakfast. Always kept it full and clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable and fresh. Big plus, we got rest because it was quiet. Thanks for the great stay. Will stay again.

Very convenient location, close to nearby restaurants and shopping. This is a newer hotel and the rooms were very nicely equipped also with a microwave and refrigerator (located within the cabinet under the tv). Yes you have to know how to turn the shower on but it's not that complicated folks - just pull down the rim of the water spout. My only complaint is breakfast... there aren't a lot of choices and the eggs were really underdone/runny (couldn't even really eat them). Recommend they add yogurt and granola or some other choices at some point - however I was marveling at the pancake machine and thinking my kids would love it. Check-in was easy and the room was very clean... I would stay here again!

Things left behind from previous guest in bathroom and fridge never picked up. Floor was not vacuumed. Will never stay here again, especially for the price I paid. It was also really noisy in the halls late at night and super early in the morning.

I have stayed in hotels, motels, etc., in many countries. This was one of the worst experiences that I have ever had. Absolutely nothing measured up to expectations that I had for a Holiday Inn in the USA. I had a much better stay at a locally owned hotel in Cuzco, Peru.
I was in Beaumont 2 nights. The telephone never worked, & 2 maintenance workers said they could not get me a dial tone. The method of turning on the shower was new to me (& I have traveled a LOT), & there were no instructions posted anywhere; consequently, I could not turn on the personal shower. This is important to me because I am handicapped. Another guest showed me how. When I checked in, there was no seat in the tub/shower, which I also need. A lady brought up the seat and, in unfolding it, a length of metal pipe fell out of the mechanism. She asked me, "Do you know anything about setting up these things?" We got it installed, so on my second day I could get a somewhat unsteady shower. Housekeeping had not been to my room by 3:00 p.m. on the full day that I was there. It required a call to the front desk so that an interpreter could come up and tell the housekeeper what I wanted, which was not even a complete cleaning of the room. I was in a hurry to go out that evening, so not having my room cleaned until 4:00 p.m. was more than simply inconvenient. On the second morning, I went down for breakfast and found a few people eating. Two men were at tables with only empty cups. That was because, at that time,which was 30-40 minutes after breakfast service started, there was no coffee. When the attendant emerged briefly, I asked her about it, and her reply was ,"In a little while." Her attitude was one of disdain because I had asked.
My stay was a nightmare. Please learn from this so that other guests do not have to go this experience.

We had a great time at this hotel and would definitely stay there again! The only reason we give it a 3 star for overall experience is because an old man with mental issues that was not staying at the hotel pulled the fire alarm after 10pm when we had already turned in for the night. We have a small child and when the alarms went off with the flashing strobe lights she was terrified. It was ear piercing. We stood outside for nearly an hour while they tried to contain the alarms. After we returned to our rooms the alarms continued to come on again and again for hours. If it wasn't so late in the middle of the night, we would have driven home back to Louisiana. It was quite an adventureful night and needless to say we didn't get much sleep!

Great place! breakfast was inferior. This place was out of several typical breakfast items. ( I asked for yogurt. The cranberry juice tasted off) neither one was replaced. The girl working did not provide good customer service and was a bit rude during our conversation.
The front desk staff provided great customer service!

The stay would have been very pleasant if they had taken care of ants. The first night we informed them that there were ants ,but when we ca,e back the second night the ants were still there. Bed were not exactly made. The sheets under the comforter were ruffled. We were most disappointed about ants. After letting them know multiple times to different front people ,they were still there.Also the power went out and with 5 adults they didn't want to extend the checkout time past 1. We had to fight to ask for 1:30 checkout time.

Overall my stay was good, except for check-in. The front desk clerk was a little distant and not very cordial. I was not greeted with a friendly smile or hello like other HI locations that I stay at. She also did not recognize that I am a Platinum member or even a frequent return guest at all. Even with that being said, I will probably stay at this location again when in the Beaumont area.

Checking into the Parkdale Mall HIE, the front desk was very helpful in my last minute need for a room. I was in for business and not sure if i was staying 1 night or 2. I was also in need of a quite meeting place to interview a new employee. They accommodated me with the meeting room. the manager was new to the area but went out of her way to help me have a successful trip. I would recommend this property to fellow road-warriors.

Very polite staff , room was very clean, with free breakfast. Hotel is next to interstate so your just minutes away from any Beaumont destination.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful. Truthfully, it is like many of the other Holiday Inn Express Hotels when you first check in. What makes it so different. The STAFF of course! The greet you by name throughout your stay. They inquire as to your comfort and needs. And wonderfully, they correct any problems you may have. That is what makes this hotel so wonderful.
My only suggestion is that breakfast should start at either 5:30 am or at the very latest 6:00 am. Many of the guests, especially during the week, are there for business and they need to leave the hotel at the very latest by 6:00 am or 6:15 am. Weekends could start later, but for the majority of the working guests, the breakfast should start earlier on the weekdays. As I sit in the pool in the evening, that is the only complaint I have heard spoken about by the guests.

Most times I am only in the room to sleep and out again to work. The biggest problem I have with most rooms is the bed, but the bed was comfortable and I didn't feel I was in a whole or rolling down hill.

The management staff at this location needs to be running the property on I-10 in Beaumont. Friendly, considerate and extremely polite staff. Clean rooms and a well kept location makes this the place to stay if your in Beaumont, TX.

The internet at this location is the worst by far. When the internet was working, it took far too long to load pages. The internet was too slow to be usable for any work I had to get done.
Calling the internet support line did not help, as they told me to contact the front desk. Asking the front desk was of no use because they claimed it was working fine, thereby dismissing my problem.

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was exceptional. The breakfast buffet was also very good. There was also a gym onsite and that was a plus. My only complaint, and it is minor, was that there was not a refrigerator in the room. Overall, however, the room (and bed) was very comfortable. I will stay here again on my next trip to Richardson.

This was a great hotel to stay in. Less then 5 minutes away from my destination and accessible to all of the major landmarks/restaurants. The staff was exceptional--everyone was very nice and went out of their way to ensure that I was comfortable.

My family and I sent Christmas here in Beaumont, Texas. The hotel stay was wonderful even serve breakfast on Christmas day. The only thing was that breakfast didnt end at 10am like we was told but at 9:30 am. Other than that , even things was Great.
