Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by All was good but had billing receipt issues I like Holiday Inn Express and this stay was pretty good. I had one issue though, they put my wife's name on the billing receipt. I ask them to change it at checkin, but they did not. I didn't notice until had left two days later. My company will not pay for the stay if my wife's name is on the receipt. I called the next morning to get it corrected. they said they would and took my email address. I called the next morning to see why I had not received an email. They said they would check and have it sent to me and took my email address. I called again at noon to see why I had not received that email. After checking the lady told me they had my email address incorrect. I recived my corrected receipt about 12:30 five days after I checked in. I gave them my email address three times and it is on my rewards account. I am not sure how they could get this wrong this many times. All in all they eventually fixed the problem and it was the only problem I had so not too bad I guess. October 24, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good Stay but had billing issues I like Holiday Inn Express and I am a gold member of the rewards program. My stay was good. The room was good. But, I had a problem with billing and they can't seem to get the information correct or get it to me. When I checked in, my wife's name was on the reservation. She did not travel with me nor did she make the reservation. Although, her name is on the rewards account. When I checked in, I ask them to change the name to my name. They did not change it. When I received my bill two days later it had my wife's name at the top. I did not notice until I got to the airport over an hour away. I called the next morning and told them my company would not accept a receipt with someone elses name on it. They ask for my email address and said they would email me a new receipt. I did not receive any email. I called again the next morning and was told by the lady on the phone that she would tell the manager when she came in and she took my email address again. I am now waiting to hear from them. October 24, 2014
