Multiple rooms were blocked for a family wedding, and several of us arrived at the same time. They couldn't take care of more than one at a time, even though there were 2 people behind the desk. All requests were answered with no, we're too busy. We couldn't get rooms together, even though we had been told at the time of reservation we could. We had difficulty getting another towel for our bathroom, since only 3 were in it, and we had reserved a room for 4 people. Signing a waiver for excess noise? Really? Do you usually have issues with adults traveling for a family wedding? Really made to feel as if we were putting you out to allow us to stay in a room.

Nice staff, nice room. Only downside is be careful in the suites, if you aren't careful with the Jacuzzi the bathroom floor floods

The staff was great. They treated us like family. Our only complaint was billing. What motel bills 3 times for two week stay.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. It is very clean, the staff are great and the beds are really comfortable. The breakfast has something for everyone! Thanks for a great weekend away from home!

Our recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Bedford was very enjoyable! The rooms were very clean, the amenities were great and the staff was very helpful. All the comforts of home. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to any of my friends and family!

From check-in to check-out our we had a great experience! Our bed was comfortable, the pool area and hot tub were wonderful. Kayla at check-in was kind and attentive. Just a great experience overall!

First time we ever stayed at this HI. The service was very good and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable along with a great selection for breakfast. Whom ever prepared the food did a great job. Not a lot of eating places close by but a couple local bar and grills in which were reasonable and good food. Would recommend this HI.

We had arranged for a sofa bed but the bed did not have sheets. We called repeatedly for the front desk and no one answered. I walked down and could not locate anyone at the front desk. I was going to asked for a refund but decided to just use another hotel in town next time we visit our son who just moved to Bedford. When we checked in the lady at the front desk was very nice unfortunately it went down hill from there. The room however was very nice and the mattress on the regular bed was wonderful.

We were here with a group of friends for a yearly get together and were quite pleased with our stay. Everything was spotlessly clean, the staff were great and we liked the back patio.
There was a nice selection for breakfast and we loved the flavored creamers. We had reserved the conference room for our stay and every morning it was cleaned and fresh coffee and hot water were put in there.
Convenient to stores and shops and Spring Mill State Park, which is wonderful, is very close by.
Very dog friendly as we all had dogs and there were plenty of places to walk them.

Everything about this hotel is great, my experience with holiday inn express has been amazing. I was able to swim and relax in the hot tub, and even play ping pong with my children, we alwAys make sure to bring a football and our baseball mits and balls, there was a nice little area outside behind the pool area where we were able to play catch and enjoy the outdoors, it was almost like being in my own back yard.

The staff at the Bedford Indiana Holiday Inn Express was very helpful and very friendly. They make a great breakfast. I will be back when I am in Bedford.

I have a bad back and the bed was hard and very uncomfortable for me. Other than that it was a nice hotel. New beds or thick mattress pads are a must to get me back there.
I had to kill a medium size spider in the bathroom.

I stayed here for a week, have stayed here before and will stay here again as my mother is across the street in assissted living.
I would LOVE to see in the bathroom:
a night light
a soap dish
PLEASE go back to your wonderful lotions and shampoos. The new brand is not good and I hate to have to bring my own!!!!
The thermostat in my room did not work and had to be replaced a few days into my stay. Hard to control comfort level in room.
The girl working breakfast was there 6 of the 7 days I was there she seemed tired and was irritable a few of the mornings.

Arrived late but was promptly greeted and reservation was quickly found and processed. Room was very clean and well prepared. Basic breakfast with the pancakes and cinnamon rolls a plus. Recent upgrade to exercise room also a plus. Only one restaurant within easy walking distance.

The pool and the hot tub were a big hit for my kids. That alone helped us relax. All staff members were very courteous and were attentive to our needs. The room itself wasn't bad. I was suprised that the rooms didnt have a microwave in them but all in all a very good experience.

I stay here for several nights every other month or so for business in the area. Room is always clean, never had any dampness, odors, or other problems. Can't say that about the other hotel nearby. Breakfast offerings are the same from day to day, but always hot and good. Better than having to pay $$ for the same thing in Bloomington.

1. I checked in on Friday afternoon: The family before me was greeted with a heartfelt Welcome. The person behind the counter grabbed them a welcome gift. My turn: I stepped up with my confirmation number. I asked if my priority number was in the reservation and she said yes. I had 2 rooms reserved and I noticed that I had 2 different rates. I asked for that to be adjusted and it was...I stated that I wanted the 2 rooms to be adjoining...the same request I made when I made the reservation. The person at the counter stated that they could not find me adjoining rooms although I made the request 3 weeks prior to check-in. The person who checked me in was not friendly nor did she treat me like a priority club member. After I got my keys, I asked her if gifts were generally given to priority club members at check-in...she responded yes...and went to get ours. I had to remind her yet the family before me did not...She looked offended that she had to give them to me and I was totally offended that I had to ask her for them when the family in front of me did not!
2. Saturday morning at 10am, after eating breakfast, I went to the counter and asked for a late checkout for 1 of the rooms. The other room had a 2 night stay. I was promptly told that it was not possible and that a late checkout was not available. I then shared with the female at the counter that as a priority club member, I am usually given a late checkout. The person looked at my room and then apologized and gave me the 2'oclock late checkout. She never bothered to ask if I was a priority club member...she just quickly looked at me and responded NO.
3. I returned to my room on Saturday night and it had NOT been cleaned! No towels, trash overflowing, etc.....I called downstairs and the person at the counter did bring us fresh towels. We left at noon and we did NOT have a do not disturb sign on the door!
This was one of the WORST experiences I have had at a Holiday Inn and I shared it with the person when I checked out but she didn’t look like she cared!

several times I was missed by housekeeping, I was there for ten days and was missed twice. The shower was very difficult to start. Poor plumbing, probably needs to be replaced or at least put into a routine check by housekeeping.

Both mornings, I ran out of hot water before I was through with my shower. And I don't take long showers. Also there was not enough lighting in the bathroom to put on make-up.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the Bedford/Mitchell Indiana area. The staff have treated me like family and taken care of everything for me. The check-in process is very streamlined compared to other hotels in the area. The price is comparable to all the other locations, however the staff is what sets this location apart from the rest. I could list one or two people that stood out, however everyone on the staff is phenomenal.

Shower had tepid water, could never get it to stay hot. Also, I had to run the AC because my room was above the pool and it made my room hot and smell like Chlorine.
I stay in Holiday Inn Express fairly frequently for my business travel, and this was the worst one so far. I really like staying with you otherwise.
