Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed this time round. This was our second stay at this hotel though only for the one night on this occasion. We found it to be a totally different experience to our first. Though the room itself was comfy and clean along with the lounge area, the same couldn't be said for the rest. We arrived around 5pm to be booked in and given our room only to find the card didn't work so went back to reception to find we had been given the wrong room. After returning from the event we were in bedford for at around 10pm there was takeaway leftovers in the hallways leading to our room. Not so bad you would think but to find them still there in the morning when leaving your room for breakfast?? it wasn't very pleasant to say the least. Also rubbish overflowing from the bins at the entrance to the hotel wasn't very inviting! Perhaps staffing has become an issue? The same chap that booked us in was still on duty when we returned after our event and also when we went to breakfast the next morning. February 4, 2016

The only other place I would go is the guildford site as they have a gym and a pool, but for a relaxing getaway this is where we come We love staying here, it has everything we need January 28, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Hidden Gem. We got a great price for our room & our family experience was absolutely brilliant as the staff went out of there way to cater for any of our needs. The room was modern, very clean and the bed was one you would chose for our own home! The premises were a new build and there was ample (free) parking. WiFi was unlimited and free too. Breakfast was included and offered both hot and cold options (and drinks). Only bacon was not an option for the hot food. I would definitely stay here again and hope this is the same standard and experience w will get from the other hotels in the group. I would definitely look at the IHG chain first for my hotel requirements as I was so pleased with everything. Well done and thank you. January 21, 2016
