The staff was very friendly. I was greeted with smiles by both staff members at the front desk. When I requested two blankets, the staff responded swiftly and my blankets were brought to me within minutes.

The service at the Beeville location was good. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and professional. I will be making many more trips to the Beeville area and I will stay at the Holiday Inn in Beeville.

During my entire stay, the manager (or assistant manager?) kept his car parked in the covered area at the hotel entrance, blocking hotel guests from loading and unloading there. During a thunderstorm on Saturday, I saw other guests having to lug suitcases and bags through the rain to their car because the manager was still blocking the entrance (there was also one guest parked there at the time, but because of the managers car, no one else could park there). On the first day of my visit, I brought the vehicle parked there to the attention of the person on duty at the reception desk, and was told that there was nothing they could do about it because it was the managers car. The manager obviously felt more concern to keep his car out of the weather more than for the comfort and safety of the hotel's guests.
The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was wonderful - but if this is how Holiday Inn treats guests, there are plenty of other hotels with clean rooms, friendly staff, and a good breakfast that I can stay at.
